    Abstract: A device is provided that may include a compressor configured to compress a refrigerant, a condenser configured to condense the compressed refrigerant, an expander configured to expand the refrigerant condensed by the condenser, an evaporator configured to evaporate the refrigerant expanded by the expander, a separation mechanism connected to an outlet pipe of the evaporator to separate liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant discharged from the evaporator, a bypass pipe to guide the gaseous refrigerant separated from the liquid refrigerant to the compressor, a first pipe connected to the separation mechanism and through which the liquid refrigerant discharged from the separation mechanism flows, an accumulator connected to the first pipe to separate the gaseous refrigerant, which is not separated from the liquid refrigerant by the separation mechanism, from the liquid refrigerant and discharge the separated gaseous refrigerant, and a second pipe configured to guide the gaseous refrigerant discharged from the accumulator to the compressor.

    Abstract: A hybrid multi-air conditioning system and a method for controlling a hybrid multi-air conditioning system are provided. The hybrid multi-air conditioning system may include a hot water supply unit including a hot water supply heat exchanger that exchanges heat between refrigerant and water accommodated in a water tank and a first hot water supply expansion valve that blocks or allows refrigerant condensed in the hot water supply heat exchanger to flow through a first hot water supply discharge pipe; at least one indoor device installed indoors and including an indoor heat exchanger and at least one indoor expansion valve; an outdoor device connected to the at least one indoor device and the hot water supply unit through a refrigerant pipe and including an outdoor heat exchanger, a compressor, and an outdoor expansion valve; a second hot water supply discharge pipe having a first side branched from the first hot water supply discharge pipe, which connects the hot water supply heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger, and a second side that joins a first discharge pipe, which connects the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger; and a second hot water supply expansion valve installed on the second hot water supply discharge pipe.

    Abstract: A ceiling type air conditioner includes a case defining an outer appearance, a fan disposed to a bottom of the case, a turbo fan disposed within the case, the turbo fan including a main plate rotated by power provided from the fan motor and a blade having a side connected to the main plate, and a heat exchanger disposed outside the turbo fan. A cooling passage cooling the fan motor is defined between the main plate and the bottom surface of the case. The cooling passage includes a flow part through which air passing through the blade flows into the flow part toward the fan motor, and a panel installation part to which a panel is installed for adjusting an amount of air flowing into the flow part toward the fan motor.

    Abstract: A fuel cell stack includes a first stack including a plurality of first fuel cells stacked on each other, and a second stack including a plurality of second fuel cells stacked on each other and disposed on one side of the first stack. Each of the first stack and the second stack includes a fuel inlet hole, through which fuel to be supplied to anodes of the respective first and second fuel cells is introduced, a fuel discharge hole, through which the fuel passing through the anodes is discharged, an air inlet hole, through which air to be supplied to cathodes of the respective first and second fuel cells is introduced, and an air discharge hole, through which the air passing through the cathodes is discharged. The fuel cell stack divided into the two stacks increases a charging ratio of hydrogen at the anodes of the respective stacks.

    Abstract: An ejector and a refrigeration cycle apparatus having an ejector are provided. The ejector may include an ejector body having an accommodation space therein, a suction portion through which a high pressure refrigerant and a low pressure refrigerant may be suctioned into the accommodation space, and a mixing portion configured to mix the high pressure refrigerant with the low pressure refrigerant; a nozzle provided in the ejector body, having a nozzle neck and an expansion portion, and configured to inject the high pressure refrigerant into the mixing portion; a first needle moveably provided at the expansion portion, and configured to control a flow sectional area of the expansion portion; a second needle moveably provided at the nozzle neck, and configured to control a flow sectional area of the nozzle neck; a first needle drive configured to drive the first needle; and a second needle drive configured to drive the second needle. With such a configuration, the flow sectional area of the nozzle neck and the flow sectional area of the expansion portion may be independently controlled in correspondence to a drive condition.
