摘要: An ejector has an interior nozzle, an exterior nozzle, a suction part, a mixing part and a diffuser part. The interior nozzle and the exterior nozzle are arranged coaxially with each other. A driving fluid is supplied to the interior nozzle and/or the exterior nozzle. The suction part is arranged on an outer periphery of the exterior nozzle and sucks a suction fluid by a driving fluid jet ejected from the interior nozzle and/or the exterior nozzle. A mixing part mixes the driving fluid jet with the suction fluid, and supplies a mixture fluid. The diffuser part reduces a flow speed of the mixture fluid and ejects the mixture fluid outside. An outlet part of the interior nozzle is arranged at an upstream side of the ejector more than an outlet part of the exterior nozzle along the axial direction of the ejector.

摘要: An ejector refrigeration circuit (1), which is configured for circulating a refrigerant, in particular carbon dioxide, comprises at least two controllable ejectors (6, 7), which are connected in parallel and respectively comprise a primary high pressure input port (6a, 7a), a secondary low pressure input port (6b, 7b) and an output port (6c, 7c); and a control unit (28), which is configured for operating the ejector refrigeration circuit (1) employing a method which comprises the steps of: a) operating a first ejector (6) of the at least two controllable ejectors (6, 7) by controlling the opening of its high pressure port (6a) until the maximum efficiency of said first ejector (6) has been reached or the actual refrigeration demands are met; b) operating at least one additional ejector (7) of the at least two controllable ejectors (6, 7) by opening its primary high pressure input port (7a) for increasing the refrigeration capacity of the ejector refrigeration circuit (1) in case the actual refrigeration demands are not met by operating the first ejector (6) alone.

摘要: A body part of a decompression device has a swirl space for swirling a refrigerant that flows from a refrigerant inlet, and a refrigerant outlet that is positioned on an extension line of a swirl center line of the refrigerant and functions as a throttle. Further, a passage cross-sectional area of the refrigerant inlet is configured to be smaller than a twelve-fold value of a passage cross-sectional size of the refrigerant outlet, such that a swirl speed of the refrigerant in the swirl space is increased so as to enable a decompression boiling of the refrigerant around the swirl center line. In such manner, a gas-liquid mixture phase refrigerant securely flows into the refrigerant outlet, and it restricts a fluctuation of a flow amount of the refrigerant flowing toward a downstream side without complicating a cycle structure.

摘要: A chiller system is provided including a vapor compression circuit consisting of a fluidly coupled compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. A refrigerant circulates through the vapor compression circuit. The evaporator is a direct exchange heat exchanger. Refrigerant provided at an outlet of the evaporator is a two-phase mixture including liquid refrigerant and vapor refrigerant. The vapor refrigerant comprises less than or equal to 85% of the two-phase mixture. A refrigerant to refrigerant heat exchanger is fluidly coupled to the circuit. The refrigerant to refrigerant heat exchanger is configured to convert the vapor refrigerant provided at the outlet of the evaporator into a superheated vapor.

Further, a Reynolds number Re of the refrigerant that has flowed into the inlet side turn path is set at 1800 or more.

Since the refrigerant conveying pump conveys the fluid mixture containing the liquid refrigerant and the lubricating oil retained in a refrigerant-retaining container, stable operation is possible.

A two-phase refrigerant is provided to an inlet of the heat absorption heat exchanger with a quality of less than or equal to 0.05.
