    Abstract: The present specification relates to a mobile robot and a control method therefore, in which the mobile robot generates virtual floor surface information about a travelling environment by accumulating, for a certain time, the results of sensing via a camera sensor to improve the accuracy of obstacle detection using the camera sensor, detects whether or not there is an obstacle in the travelling environment, on the basis of the floor surface information, and controls travel according to the result of the detection.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a first oil supply passage communicating with a first compression chamber formed between an inner circumferential surface of a fixed wrap and an outer circumferential surface of an orbiting wrap, and a second oil supply passage separated from the first oil supply passage and communicating with a second compression chamber formed between an outer circumferential surface of the fixed wrap and an inner circumferential surface of the orbiting wrap, wherein the first oil supply passage includes an oil supply guide portion provided in a thrust surface of the fixed scroll in contact with the orbiting scroll to define a part of the first oil supply passage, whereby communication between the first and second compression chambers can be prevented, thereby suppressing leakage between the compression chambers, stabilizing behavior of the orbiting scroll, and facilitating formation of the orbiting scroll.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a motor portion fixed in an inner space of a casing, a compression portion fixed to the inner space of the casing at one side of the motor portion in an axial direction, a rotation shaft to transmit a driving force from the motor portion to the compression portion, and a flow path guide provided in a discharge space between the motor portion and the compression portion and provided with a guide outlet communicating with the discharge space and opened in a direction toward the rotation shaft. Therefore, most of refrigerant discharged to the discharge space through the flow path guide is moved toward an air gap to enhance an oil separation effect, and thus a normal operation point of the air conditioner can be accelerated.
