    Abstract: A method for channel measurement is provided when a mobile terminal is configured with a primary component carrier and a secondary component carrier. The mobile terminal receives configuration information for channel measurement in the secondary component carrier from a base station. The mobile terminal derives the channel measurement in the secondary component carrier based on a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) when the configuration information includes a first indicator indicating that CSI-RS is used for the channel measurement in the secondary component carrier, or deriving the channel measurement in the secondary component carrier based on a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) when the configuration information does not include the first indicator.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a control signal (for example, PDCCH signal) in an asymmetric multicarrier environment. The method for transmitting a control signal for an asymmetric multicarrier in a wireless connection system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: determining the size of a carrier indicator field (CIF) indicating a downlink component carrier (DL CC) by which downlink data is transmitted, on the basis of a maximum value of the number of DL CCs and of the number of uplink component carriers (UL CCs) being managed in a base station; transmitting the CIF on a 1st DL CC to a terminal through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); and transmitting downlink data on a 2nd DL CC indicated by the CIF to the terminal through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH).

    Abstract: A method for transmitting, by a user equipment, uplink control information, and a user equipment therefore are discussed. The method according to one embodiment includes determining respective first acknowledgement, negative acknowledgement or discontinuous transmission (ACK/NACK/DTX) responses for four downlink (DL) subframes of a first carrier and respective second ACK/NACK/DTX responses for four DL subframes of a second carrier; and transmitting ACK/NACK information representing the first and second ACK/NACK/DTX responses through the first or second carrier in an uplink (UL) subframe. For a same sequence of the first ACK/NACK/DTX responses for the four DL subframes of the first carrier, a same ACK/NACK information is transmitted when a sequence of the second ACK/NACK/DTX responses for the DL subframes of the second carrier is ‘ACK, ACK, ACK, ACK’ and when the sequence of the second ACK/NACK/DTX responses for the DL subframes of the second carrier is ‘ACK, DTX, DTX, DTX’.

    Abstract: A method of configuring a measurement for a mobile terminal configured with a plurality of component carriers in a wireless communication system is discussed. The method is performed by a base station and includes transmitting, by the base station, configuration information to the mobile terminal. Further, when the transmitted configuration information includes an indication information for the measurement in an extension component carrier among the plurality of component carriers, the measurement in the extension component carrier is based on a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), and when the transmitted configuration information does not include the indication information for the measurement in the extension component carrier among the plurality of component carriers, the measurement in the extension component carrier is based on a common reference signal (CRS).

    Abstract: Provided are a method for receiving information on a relay node zone and reference signals for a relay node from a base station, and a relay node device using same. The relay node can receive information on at least one start point from the start points of a Relay-Physical Downlink Control Channel (R-PDCCH) and a Relay-Physical Downlink Shared Channel (R-PDSCH) for transmitting a signal from a base station to a relay node in a specific downlink subframe. Alternatively, the relay node can implicitly recognize the start points of the R-PDCCH and R-PDSCH set in advance. The relay node can recognize a signal from the base station in the specific downlink subframe based on the start point information after the time corresponding to at least one of the start points of the R-PDCCH and R-PDSCH. Also, the relay node can decode signals transmitted from a base station after the corresponding timing.
