摘要： Pharmaceutical compositions for treating immunological disorders and the preparing method of the same are disclosed, which include alcohol extracts of Radix Dioscorea, Rhizoma Alismatis, Poria cocos (schw) Wolf, and Scutellaria Baicalensis. The compositions are manufactured by novel procedures consisting of decocting using specific concentration ranges of alcohol, filtering, regulating pH value, purifying, concentrating, proportionally mixing, and making a granule powder from lyophilized extract. This invention used both in vitro and in vivo assays to evaluate therapeutic effects of specific combination of herbal plant extracts. The combination of herbal extracts has been able to maximize the anti-inflammatory activity and regulate the secretion of cytokines such as eotaxin and IL-4. When the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is used for asthma, it can relieve coughs, resist airway allergic inflammation reactions, improve the pulmonary functions, reduce allergen specific IgE in bloods, stabilize elasmatoblasts, and stop the attacks from asthma.

摘要： The invention is related to novel azulene-oxindole compounds having formula (I) shown below, wherein one of R1, R2 and R3 represents a moiety of formula (II), each of A1 and A2 independently is nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, each of the others of R1, R2, R3, R1, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, and R14 is as recited in the specification. The novel compound potentially inhibits multiple kinases and thus can be used to treat some disease like cancer or inflammatory.

摘要： An aqueous two-phase system for extracting glycosides from a herb includes the extractive solution, about 5 wt %-30 wt % of salt, about 5 wt %-30 wt % of polyol and selectively about 0 wt %-30 wt % of alcohols. The salt can be dihydrogen phosphate, hydrogen phosphate and phosphate or a mixture thereof, and it also can be sulfates, chlorides, oxalates, or acetates. In addition, a process for extracting glycosides using an aqueous two-phase system is disclosed. The procedures includes preparation of extractive solution, concentration, phase separation, drying, washing with solvent, cooling, filtration and drying of the final products.
