摘要： A battery connector includes an insulating housing defining rear part and a front part protruded forwardly from a middle portion of the front surface of the rear part, and a plurality of contacts. The rear part defines a plurality of contact receiving cavities. Each contact receiving cavity extends from a front surface, through a top surface and to a rear surface of the rear part. The front part defines a plurality of notches. Each notch connects to the corresponding contact receiving cavity. Each contact includes a first contacting portion, a fixing hook and a fixing plate received in the contact receiving cavity defined at the rear surface, the top surface and the front surface, and a second contacting portion partially received in the notch and partially protruded out of the notch. The top portion of the rear part is sandwiched between the first contacting portion and the fixing plate.

摘要： A clutching jig includes a first holding bar, a second holding bar, and a fixing means. The first holding bar has a first inner surface, a first end portion and a second end, an engaging portion projected from the first inner surface of the first end portion, and a first recess formed on the second end portion. The second holding bar includes a second inner surface, a third end portion, a fourth end portion, and a second recess formed on the fourth end portion. The fixing means fixes the first end portion with the third end portion. While the clutching jig is assembled, the first inner surface faces the second inner surface, and the engaging portion engages the second inner surface of the third end portion by the fixing means to form a gap between the first inner surface and the second inner surface.

The insulating housing defines a first switch groove, a second switch groove, a first fastening groove and a second fastening groove. The first switch terminal includes a first fastening portion fastened in the first fastening groove, a first locating portion located in the first switch groove, and a first contact portion hung over the insulating housing. The second switch terminal includes a second fastening portion fastened in the second fastening groove, a second locating portion located in the second switch groove, and a second contact portion hung over the insulating housing to electrically contact with the first contact portion under the pressure of the card.

摘要： A connector terminal is assembled in an insulating housing defining a receiving cavity of which front and rear sides protrude face-to-face to form two blocking eaves. The connector terminal has a fastening strip of which a bottom edge protrudes downward to form two elastic arms spaced from each other, and a soldering portion between the two elastic arms. The elastic arms are apart from two opposite side edges of the soldering portion to define two receiving intervals between the soldering portion and the elastic arms. Distal ends of the elastic arms oppositely protrude to form two fastening barbs. The soldering portion and the elastic arms are inserted in the receiving cavity. The fastening barbs slide through the blocking eaves to be hooked under the blocking eaves respectively and the fastening barbs can be avoided scraping the connector by means of cushion effects of the receiving intervals.

摘要： A contacting terminal electrically connecting with an electrical element includes a soldering plate, a pair of facing confining plates extended upward from two opposite side edges of the soldering plate, an upward flexible arm extended from one end of the soldering plate, and a contacting portion extended from a free end of the flexible arm and beyond tops of the confining plates. The contacting portion is elastically pressed downward by the electrical element to realize an electrical connection therebetween and restricted between the confining plates. Tops of the confining plates are capable of stopping the electrical element pressing the contacting portion downward excessively.

A middle portion of the nickel plating layer corresponding to the connecting portion is exposed outside.

The first switch terminal includes a main section extended along the insertion direction, a first straight section and a second straight section successively and slantwise extended into the card receiving space form a free end of the first main section to respectively define a first slope and a second slope relative to the main section. The second switch terminal includes a contacting section extending beside the first straight section. The second slope is larger than the first slope.
