    摘要: A powered fastener driver includes a housing, a nosepiece having a fastener driver channel from which fasteners are discharged into a workpiece, a driver blade, a workpiece contact element, a canister magazine, and a pusher mechanism coupled to the nosepiece. The powered fastener driver also includes a dry-fire lockout mechanism having a lockout lever movable between a bypass position and a blocking position and a last fastener holding member configured to engage a first side of a fastener within the fastener driver channel. The lockout lever is configured to engage an opposite, second side of the fastener within the fastener driver channel. The last fastener holding member biases the fastener within the fastener driver channel toward an inner surface of the fastener driver channel to inhibit the fastener from falling out of the fastener driver channel.

    摘要: A blade clamp for use with a power tool having a reciprocating spindle. The blade clamp comprises a cover threaded to the spindle for relative axial movement thereto in response to rotation of the cover relative to the spindle, an ejector pin positioned within the spindle, and a spring coupling the cover and the spindle. The spring biases the cover toward a first rotational position relative to the spindle coinciding with a locked configuration of the blade clamp. The cover is rotatable against the bias of the spring toward a second rotational position relative to the spindle coinciding with an unlocked configuration of the blade clamp. In the unlocked configuration, the ejector pin maintains the cover in the second rotational position. In response to insertion of a blade into the spindle, the blade clamp is automatically adjustable from the unlocked configuration to the locked configuration.

    摘要: A powered fastener driver includes a magazine in which fasteners of a first length or fasteners of a second length greater than the first length are receivable. The magazine includes a shear block located at a first end of the magazine, a loading portion located at a second end of the magazine, and a feed channel extending lengthwise through the magazine between. The loading portion of the magazine includes first and second slots configured to receive fasteners of the corresponding first and second lengths for entry into the feed channel, and a feed channel access gate configured to prevent fasteners of the first length from being loaded into the second slot. The feed channel access gate is configured as a pivot member pivotable about an axis between a first, blocking position, and a second, bypass position. A spring biases the feed channel access gate toward the blocking position.
