    Abstract: One example device includes an electronic processor configured identify, based on an incident type and a role of an object associated with a public safety incident, an uncompleted task that is to be performed by a public safety officer and that is associated with the object associated with the public safety incident. The electronic processor may be configured to identify first data included in a captured data file associated with the public safety incident that was generated at least partially by monitoring the object. The electronic processor may be configured to determine a time period within the captured data file during which the first data is identified to be present, and display an indication of the uncompleted task and at least one of the time period within the captured data file, the first data, and a user-selectable link to allow a user to consume the first data.

    Abstract: A digital image capture device streams captured images (e.g. low-resolution images) to a remote viewer terminal, along with image identifiers and/or device position information. The remote viewer terminal displays the images for viewing by a remote viewer. The remote viewer provides inputs to a user interface, which indicate a direction of desired movement of the image capture device, and/or that the remote viewer wants new images (e.g. high-resolution images) to be captured at a desired position. The user interface inputs are translated into requests, which are transmitted to the image capture device. The image capture device provides movement prompts that direct a device operator to move the device in a requested direction or toward a requested position. When a position of the device corresponds to a requested image capture position, the image capture device captures one or more new images, and transmits the new images.

    Abstract: Multiple cameras are operatively connected over a shared link to a video server on a video network. The cameras are operated to capture a plurality of video streams. Each video stream has intra-frames and predictive frames that are sequentially generated timewise apart. A number of the video streams that transmit over the shared link on the network is identified. A number of intra-frames that are generated substantially simultaneously in the identified video streams is also identified. The identified intra-frames in the video streams are offset in time to minimize video artifacts from being present in the video streams being transmitted over the shared link.
