    摘要: Provided is a liquid crystal display panel that employs polymer network liquid crystals and that can prevent a separation between a substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The liquid crystal display panel includes a color filter 1 and a TFT array substrate 2 that face each other in a substantially parallel manner with a prescribed gap therebetween, a layer of polymer network liquid crystals 33 formed between the color filter 1 and the TFT array substrate 2, and a layer of a sealing material 34 that encloses and seals the polymer network liquid crystals 33. In a region enclosed by the sealing material 34 in the color filter 1, first spacers 12a that define the gap between the color filter 1 and the TFT array substrate 2 are formed. A total cross-sectional area of the first spacers 12a and an area of the region enclosed by the sealing material 34 satisfy the following condition: (the total cross-sectional area of the first spacers 12a)/(the area of the region enclosed by the sealing material 34)=0.001 to 0.017.

    摘要: A hinge includes first hinge connectors having first shaft holes drilled and which are disposed at a rear of a synthetic resin case body that may contain a cosmetic material; a second hinge connector having a second shaft hole drilled and which is disposed at a rear of a synthetic resin lid that opens or closes with respect to the case body. The hinge also includes synthetic resin hinge shafts inserted through the first shaft holes, the second shaft hole, and two protruded fitting parts with a shape of a short cylinder disposed so as to project from end faces of the first hinge connectors and come in abutment with two U-shaped, recessed fitting parts disposed on end faces of the second hinge connector. The recessed fitting parts have an opening to a front side the lid, the opening having a width substantially equal to a diameter of the protruded fitting parts, the recessed fitting parts having a center of curvature that corresponds to a center of the second shaft hole and have a radius of curvature of substantially the same radius of curvature the protruded fitting parts. The hinge prevents shearing forces from acting on the hinge shafts and protects the hinge shafts against shearing fracture.

    摘要: There is provided a synthetic resin bottle that can be fully flattened and easily restored to its original shape. The bottle has the following configuration: At least a line of turn is formed on the shoulder, the body, and the bottom along the entire vertical circumference. Among the sections divided by this line of turn, at least a section is used as a shell section in which at least a nearly entire body portion of this section has relatively high rigidity. The other section is a reversible section in which at least a nearly entire body portion has relatively low rigidity and is capable of being deformed by resilient reversion. The neck is disposed on the shoulder, and the reversible section can be deformed and easily concaved into the shell section for volume reduction and then can be restored to the original shape.

    摘要: A liquid jetting pump of the present invention is constructed such that an intra container liquid is sucked into a cylinder 3 through a suction valve 9 by moving a vertically movable member 4 up and down, and the intra cylinder liquid is jetted out of a nozzle 29 through a discharge valve 31 from a stem 28. A plurality of ribs 10 are protruded in a peripheral direction from a lower edge part within the cylinder. Engagement recessed portions 11 are formed in inner parts of the upper surfaces of the ribs. A lower edge of a coil spring 38 for biasing the vertically movable member 4 is secured to each of the engagement recessed portions 11, thereby permitting a flow of liquid on both sides of the lower edge of the spring internally externally.

The matrix driving method includes the steps of applying a reset pulse having a first polarity and a data writing pulse having a second polarity to one scanning signal line selected from the plurality of the scanning signal lines throughout a specified selection period; applying a reset pulse having the second polarity and a data pulse having the first polarity or a level of 0 to each of the plurality of the data signal lines in synchronization with the reset pulse and the data writing pulse applied to the selected scanning signal line; applying a reset compensating pulse having the second polarity and a data writing prohibiting pulse having the first polarity or a level of 0 to the selected scanning signal line throughout a period other than the specified selection period; and applying a reset pulse having the second polarity and a data pulse having the first polarity or a level of 0 to each of the plurality of the data signal lines in synchronization with the reset compensating pulse and the data writing prohibiting pulse applied to the selected scanning signal line.
