    摘要: A film image reproducing apparatus for reproducing a film image of each frame of a film, includes: an image pick up device which picks up a film image; a reproducer which is operable to reproduce specified areas of the picked up film image; an information reader which reads information recorded on the film concerning the orientation of the film image; a reproducing direction designator which designates a reproducing direction of images in the areas; and a controller which controls the reproducer based on the read information and the designated reproducing direction so as to reproduce the image areas in the designated reproducing direction while keeping an image in each image area in a specified reference orientation irrespective of the direction of the film image on the film. This apparatus can constantly move an image in a designated direction regardless of the orientation of the film image.

    摘要: A digital camera 1 includes a main body 2 and an image pickup section 3 connected to the main body rotatably. The main body 2 has a display monitor 10 which displays an object picture. A switch SCPOS2 detects rotation position of the image pickup section 3. When the image pickup direction of the image pickup section 3 is detected to agree generally with the direction to the side of display monitor, the image data taken by the image pickup section is displayed in the display monitor with reversal upside down, while it is recorded without reversal in an IC card 35. Thus, when a photographer takes a picture thereof, the picture can be taken and recorded at a fast speed without a complicated and expensive circuit.

The objective block includes a focusing screen for forming the first object image and relay optics for transmitting the first object image. A zoom block includes a zoom optical system for providing a modification of the magnification of the first object image to provide a second object image. An eyepiece block receives the second object image and includes a reflecting member and an eyepiece through which the second object image is observed. The eyepiece block is sealed and the second object image is realized within the sealed eyepiece block.

The zoom viewfinder system also comprises a holder for holding the reflecting members located parallel in the relay optical system in order to determine relative positions of the reflecting members precisely. The zoom viewfinder system further comprises holding members for holding plural parts of an optical system respectively, wherein each part is fixed to compose a viewfinder system, so that assembly and maintenance can be easy and the optical axis can be prevented from deviating.

    摘要: A radiation thermometer has a detector for receiving radiation energy from a target object, and the detector generates an AC signal as a result of movement of a chopper. The AC signal is rectified by a rectifying circuit and the rectified signal is supplied to a microcomputer. On the other hand, temperatures around the detector are detected by a temperature sensor and the temperature of the target object is measured based on those detected values. In addition, the radiation thermometer has various calibration modes other than a measurement mode. In a calibration mode I, calibration data concerning a difference in characteristics of the temperature sensor for each thermometer is obtained. Data for correcting timing for synchronous rectification by the rectifying circuit is obtained in a calibration mode II. Calibration data for calculation of the temperature of the target object is obtained in a calibration mode III. Those calibration data are temporarily stored in a non-volatile RAM so that the temperature of the target object can be calculated by using those calibration data when the measurement mode is selected.
