Abstract: A dropping rate measuring device for measuring a flow rate of liquid droplets which grow on a lower end of a nozzle and intermittently drop from the lower end of the nozzle includes an imaging unit that images a growing liquid droplet which is growing on the lower end of the nozzle at a plurality of time points and acquires a plurality of pieces of image data of the growing liquid droplet, and a data processor that calculates the flow rate by analyzing the plurality of pieces of image data acquired by the imaging unit.

Abstract: A step board is attached to a main body in a rotatable manner. The step board is biased toward the upper side due to a tensile force of a spring while taking a position at which the step board is attached to the main body as an axis, and an attachment angle thereof is so fixed by a stopper as to fall within a predetermined angle. On the lower side of the step board, a cylinder unit covering a side surface of the bar-like main body is provided. The cylinder unit is connected to a brake shoe. Accordingly, when the step board is stepped on, the cylinder unit is moved downward so that the brake shoe makes contact with part of a rear wheel, thereby limiting a rotational velocity of the rear wheel.

Abstract: A handcart includes a main body, main wheels, support portions, auxiliary wheels, an extended portion, connection portions, a tilt angle sensor, and a gyro sensor. The main body is supported at one end thereof to be rotatable in a pitch direction relative to a pair of the main wheels. A bar-shaped connection portion of the extended portion is inserted through a tube portion at another end of the main body. The extended portion extends from the other end of the main body to a rear side in a travelling direction of the handcart. A region of each support portion from a rotation shaft of the main wheel to a rotation shaft of the auxiliary wheel and the extended portion are connected to each other by the connection portion. The connection portion is supported to be rotatable in the pitch direction relative to the support portion and the extended portion.
