    Abstract: A wireless terminal apparatus (2) is configured, before the wireless terminal apparatus (2) is requested by another wireless terminal (1) or a D2D controller (5) to start a relay operation between the other wireless terminal (1) and the cellular network (3, 4), to hold connection information necessary to allow the other wireless terminal (1) to communicate with the cellular network (3, 4) or with a node (7) in an external network (6) via the relay operation performed by the wireless terminal apparatus (2). It is thus, for example, possible to contribute to reducing latency from when a mobile relay is requested to start a relay operation until the relay operation can be started.

    Abstract: Radio terminals (1A, 1B, 1C) each receive a broadcast/multicast signal (220) from a cellular communication network (10). The representative terminal (1A) receives response messages from the respective neighboring radio terminals (1B, 1C) via D2D communication (231, 232). Each response message is generated based on reception of the broadcast/multicast signal (220) by each neighboring radio terminal (1B, 1C). The representative terminal (1A) generates a representative response message and transmits it to the cellular communication network (10) or another node (7) via uplink transmission (240). It is thus, for example, possible to contribute to improving efficiency of transmission by radio terminals of response messages related to a broadcast/multicast service.

    Abstract: The present invention improves efficiency of operator's work by automating template registration of an unregistered transmission apparatus. A transmission apparatus recognition apparatus includes a receiving unit, a recognition unit, and a template feature registration unit. The receiving unit receives a signal wirelessly transmitted from a transmission apparatus. The recognition unit calculates a degree of similarity between a sample feature generated from a received signal received by the receiving unit and template features registered in advance, compares the degree of similarity with recognition threshold value, and thereby recognizes the transmission apparatus. The template feature registration unit generates a template feature from a sample feature that failed to be recognized by the recognition unit.
