Abstract: This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet does not have a forsterite film present between a base steel sheet and a tension-insulation coating, in which the base steel sheet contains a predetermined element in a predetermined amount, and in a case in which a cross section perpendicular to a rolling direction of the base steel sheet is viewed, when a region having a length of 10 μm from a surface of the base steel sheet toward the inside of the base steel sheet in a sheet thickness direction of the base steel sheet and a length of 20 mm in a direction perpendicular to the sheet thickness direction is an observation region, needle-like inclusions having a length of 1 μm or more are not present in the observation region.

Al+0.5×Mn≤5.0], [B50(0°)−B50(45°)≤0.16], and [B50(0°)+2×B50(45°)+B50(90°)/4≥1.57], and has tensile strength of 580 MPa or greater.

Abstract: A hot rolled steel sheet is for a non oriented electrical steel sheet, wherein an amount of solid-soluted Ti is 0.0005% or less, Ti carbides with an equivalent circle diameter of 10 to 50 nm exist in a grain and at a grain boundary of a ferrite grain, 10 to 100 number % of the Ti carbides which exist in the grain are compositely precipitated with a Mn sulfide, and a number density of the Ti carbides which exist at the grain boundary is 0.1 pieces/μm or less.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, whereby it becomes possible to manufacture a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having further improved iron loss properties stably. (Solution) According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided, the method being characterized by comprising a re-heating step, a hot rolling step, a hot-rolled sheet annealing step, a cold rolling step, a decarburization annealing step and a final annealing step, wherein the decarburization annealing step includes a heating step of heating a cold-rolled sheet from an inlet side temperature T0° C. to a soaking temperature T2° C. and a soaking step of keeping the temperature of the cold-rolled sheet at the soaking temperature T2° C., and the heating rate HR1 from the time point when the temperature of the cold-rolled sheet is an inlet side temperature T0° C. to the time point when the temperature of the cold-rolled sheet reaches a attained temperature T1° C. is 40° C./sec or more and the heating rate HR2 from the time point when the temperature of the cold-rolled sheet is the desired temperature T1° C. to the time point when the temperature of the cold-rolled sheet reaches the soaking temperature T2° C. is more than 15° C./sec to 30° C./sec in the heating in the decarburization annealing step.
