    Abstract: A temperature adjustment mold for adjusting a temperature of an injection-molded bottomed preform made of resin includes: an air introduction member that is inserted into the preform and cools the preform by introducing compressed air from an air supply port into an interior of the preform; a cavity mold that accommodates the preform inside and performs heat exchange in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the preform into which the compressed air has been introduced; and a heating mechanism that heats a first portion of the cavity mold facing the air supply port more than a second portion of the cavity mold located on a downstream side of a flow path of the compressed air than the first portion.

    Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container, the manufacturing apparatus includes an injection molding part, a temperature adjustment part, a blow molding part, a take-out part, and a rotation plate. The temperature adjustment part includes a first temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the first temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an outer surface of the preform, a second temperature adjustment mold into which the preform is inserted, the second temperature adjustment mold being configured to cool the preform from an inner surface of the preform, and wherein, in the temperature adjustment part, the preform is cooled so that at least the outer surface temperature of the preform is lowered within a temperature range from 10° C. to 50° C. as compared to the outer surface temperature of the preform when the preform is carried into the temperature adjustment part.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a resin container includes: performing injection molding on a resin preform; adjusting a temperature of the preform manufactured in the performing injection molding; and performing blow molding on the temperature-adjusted preform to manufacture the resin container. In the performing injection molding, injection molds are opened after completion of filling and pressure holding of a resin material, and the preform is taken out without being cooled in the injection molds after the completion of filling and pressure holding. In addition, in the adjusting the temperature, a refrigerant is introduced into the preform to cool the preform.
