Abstract: A blow molding device in which a preform is injection-molded, the injection-molded preform is temperature-controlled by a temperature adjusting unit, and the temperature-adjusted preform is blow-molded, wherein the temperature adjusting unit has a multistage structure in which an uppermost stage has the highest temperature structure, and the mold surface temperatures of lower stages and other than the uppermost stage are set to be 10° C. or more lower than the glass transition temperature of the preform.

Abstract: A blow molding machine includes a support member that supports a mold component and a moving mechanism that moves the support member to a projecting position toward the outside of the machine and to a storing position. The machine includes a first fixed fulcrum shaft. The support member includes a base end portion rotatably supported by the first fixed fulcrum shaft and a free end portion having a first movable fulcrum shaft. The moving mechanism has rotatably interconnected links. One link is rotatably supported by the movable fulcrum shaft. In the projecting position, the links are maintained linearly by a first angle fixing tool to serve as a leg portion that supports the support member's free end portion.

Abstract: A producing method for a resin container includes a first injection molding step of injection-molding an intermediate molded body that has a bottomed cylindrical shape and is made of resin, a second injection molding step of injection-molding a resin material into the intermediate molded body to produce a multilayer preform in which a resin layer is laminated on the intermediate molded body, and a blow molding step of blow-molding the multilayer preform in a state of having residual heat from injection molding to produce a resin container. The multilayer preform is formed such that a bottom portion is thicker than a body portion. In the blow molding step, at least one surface of the bottom portion of the multilayer preform is pressed with a mold, and a three-dimensional pattern corresponding to the mold is transferred to a thick bottom portion of the resin container.
