    Abstract: An aim of the prevention invention is to provide a water dispersion type acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for re-peeling, which can prevent electrification of an adherend at the time of peeling (peeling antistatic properties) and which can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in adherability and re-peelable properties, and also to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The re-peelable water dispersion type acryl-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains an acrylic emulsion-based polymer composed of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and a carboxyl-containing unsaturated monomer as raw material monomers, a perfluoroalkyl-containing oligomer, and an ionic compound.

    Abstract: Provided is a removable water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that is superior in antistatic properties (resistance to peeling-induced static build-up), removability, adhesion (adhesive properties), and the ability to prevent an increase in peel strength (adhesive strength) over time and also superior in less-staining properties on adherends, particularly, the ability to prevent white staining on adherends in a high-humidity environment. Also provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made from such a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.     Abstract: The prevent invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which can prevent increase of the adhesion with the lapse of time, has low adhesion at the time of high speed peeling, and is excellent in removability and workability.
