摘要: A conductive film includes an elongated release film and a plurality of conductive adhesive film pieces provided on the release film. Then, the plurality of adhesive film pieces are arranged in a longitudinal direction X of the release film. For this reason, the adhesive film piece can be set to an arbitrary shape. Accordingly, it is possible to attach the adhesive film piece to adhesive surfaces having various shapes and to efficiently use the adhesive film piece.

摘要: Methods produce an adhesive tape, in which a fluoropolymer web and a cross-linked silicon-adhesive-mass web are supplied to a lamination gap in the same supply direction, and the cross-linked silicon-adhesive-mass web and the fluoropolymer web are laminated together with a respective first surface. The first surface of the fluoropolymer web and the first surface of the cross-linked silicon-adhesive-mass web are activated by a plasma, wherein the plasma continuously acts on the two first surfaces under atmospheric pressure, starting before the lamination gap until entering the lamination gap, and the two activated first surfaces are pressed onto one another in the lamination gap.

The present invention relates to a polyvinyl acetal resin composition including: a polyvinyl acetal; a reactive diluent; and a photopolymerization initiator, the polyvinyl acetal resin composition having a storage modulus G′ at 200° C. before irradiation with light of 8×104 Pa or lower and a storage modulus G′ at 200° C. after irradiation with light of 8×103 Pa or higher, with the storage modulus G′ at 200° C. after irradiation with light being higher than the storage modulus G′ at 200° C. before irradiation with light.

A second receptacle, separate from the first receptacle, stores a free-flowing substance and includes an associated second withdrawal device. The first withdrawal device is configured to generate an aerobic adhesive layer with a height profile on the base. The second withdrawal device is configured to generate a surface layer of the free-flowing substance on the layer of aerobic adhesive with height profile to form a layer, whereby volumetric incorporations or inclusions of the free-flowing substance are formed in the aerobic adhesive when the object is pressed onto the layer structure.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a flexible panel and the manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: coating photosensitive adhesive on a substrate to form a photosensitive layer; forming a scattering layer and an ultraviolet (UV) blocking layer on the photosensitive layer in sequence; forming a flexible substrate layer on the UV blocking layer; forming electronic components, lighting components, and an encapsulation layer on the flexible substrate layer in sequence; and irradiating the photosensitive layer from one side of the substrate by UV rays such that a peeling strength of the photosensitive layer being reduced, and the scattering layer being separated from the substrate to form the flexible panel. By configuring the photosensitive layer, the scattering layer, and the UV blocking layer on the substrate, the scattering layer may be easily separated from the substrate.

Fine projections (20) are provided on a surface (12a) of the backing layer (12) on a side opposite the substrate layer (14). The laminated film (10) can be wound with the adhesive layer (16) facing inward and tips of the fine projections (20) contacting the adhesive layer (16) to form a film roll.

On a surface 12a of the release layer 12 that opposes the adhesive layer 14, microprotrusions 20 that contact the adhesive layer 14 with tips 20a are provided. The microprotrusions 20 are provided with a wall-shaped portion 22 having a shape that at least partially surrounds the air layer 16 between the adhesive layer 14 and the release layer 12. The wall-shaped portion 22 protects a main portion 14a of the adhesive layer 14 that is adjacent to the air layer 16 from contamination. By selecting a shape, dimensions, and the like of the micro protrusions 20, a release force of the release layer 12 can be adjusted to a desired range.
