摘要： A device for monitoring a bioreactor is configured for in-situ analysis, e.g., by NIR, without the need for withdrawing a sample into a sample cell or into an ex-situ arrangement. The device can be inserted into a port of the bioreactor and provides a sample detection region defined by an optical element such as a lens and a photodetector. The electrical signal obtained from a photodetector that is part of the device can be directed to an analyzer via a detachable electrical connection.

摘要： A device for monitoring a bioreactor includes a sample tube for withdrawing a sample from a bioreactor into a sample cell and elements for analyzing the sample, in the NIR region, for example. Collecting and releasing the sample from and into the bioreactor is conducted using a peristaltic pump that is operated as a reversible/reciprocating pump. A sterile filter separates sample cell tubing from tubing connecting to the peristaltic pump.
