    Abstract: A switch device controls a voltage applied to a load element according to an electric power supply from a power source. A driver circuit controls activation and deactivation of the switch device. A circuit portion sets a duty ratio and output the duty ratio to the driver circuit for causing the driver circuit to activate the switch device according to the duty ratio to control a voltage applied to the load element. The circuit portion sets the duty ratio according to a duty ratio characteristic curve. In the duty ratio characteristic curve, the duty ratio decreases gradually with increase in a voltage of the power source, and decrease in the duty ratio with increase in the voltage of the power source becomes small gradually.

    Abstract: An electronic circuit device includes a bus bar, a base component and an electronic component. The bus bar has an external connector terminal capable of receiving electric power from an external power source. The base component has a metallic heat radiation portion and is disposed to oppose the bus bar. The electronic component is held between the bus bar and heat the radiation portion of the base component. The bus bar further includes fixing terminals extending toward the base component. The fixing terminals are fixed to the base component to constitute fixing portions. The fixing portions are configured to have elasticity and exert a restoring force such that a distance between the bus bar and the base component reduces. The electronic component is in pressure contact with the bus bar and the base component by the restoration force of the elasticity of the fixing portions.

    Abstract: An electronic circuit device includes a bus bar, a base component and an electronic component.     Abstract: A sampling voltage is periodically applied between contacts of a switch of a device to determine a status of the switch. When a CPU is in a sleep state and the status of the switch is determined closed, the CPU is activated. The sampling voltage when the CPU is in the sleep state is adjusted lower than the one when the CPU is in the wakeup state. This reduces power consumption for the switch status determination. The sampling voltage adjusted at the lower level periodically adjusted to a higher level to reduce errors in the determination due to insulation films on the contacts.
