    Abstract: A fingerprint recognition apparatus including a frontplane, a backplane and a display medium layer is provided. The frontplane includes an upper substrate, a black matrix layer, a color filter layer, and a plurality of filtering elements. The black matrix layer is disposed on the upper substrate, and the color filter layer is disposed on the black matrix layer. The black matrix layer includes a plurality of pixel apertures and a plurality of first apertures. The filtering elements cover the first apertures and the filtering elements. The backplane includes a lower substrate and a sensor layer. The sensor layer includes a plurality of photo sensing elements. The photo sensing elements are configured to receive reflected lights from an object through the first apertures and the filtering elements. Areas of the photo sensing elements are overlapped with the first apertures in a longitudinal direction. The display medium layer is disposed between the frontplane and the backplane.

    Abstract: A capacitive image sensing device and a capacitive image sensing method are provided. The capacitive image sensing device includes a sensor array, a first charge amplifier, a second charge amplifier, a differential amplifier and a first switching circuit. The sensor array includes a plurality of sensing electrodes and a first reference sensing electrode. An input terminal of the first charge amplifier is coupled to one of the sensing electrodes. A first input terminal of the differential amplifier is selectively coupled to an output terminal of the first charge amplifier. A second input terminal of the differential amplifier is coupled to an output terminal of the second charge amplifier. The first switching circuit is configured to selectively electrically connect and disconnect the first reference sensing electrode and the input terminal of the second charge amplifier.

    Abstract: An operational amplifier, including an input stage circuit, an output stage circuit and a constant-gm circuit is provided. The input stage circuit provides a driving voltage according to an input voltage. Input terminals of the output stage circuit receive the driving voltage, and an output terminal of the output stage circuit provides an output voltage according to the driving voltage. The constant-gm circuit includes a constant-gm switch circuit, a current mirror circuit and a current mirror switch circuit. The constant-gm switch circuit controls the operation of the constant-gm circuit. The constant-gm switch circuit allows the current mirror circuit to operate during a transient time when the driving voltage is transited according to the driving voltage, so as to provide a compensated current for the input stage circuit. When the driving voltage is during a non-transient time, the current mirror switch circuit turns off the current mirror circuit.
