The first operational amplifier circuit receives a first input signal and generates a first output signal according to the first input signal. The at least one power switching circuit is coupled to the first operational amplifier circuit and the second operational amplifier circuit, and configured to switch at least one power supply for both the first operational amplifier circuit and the second operational amplifier circuit.

摘要: A HDR CTIA pixel which provides automatic gain selection, and spatial and temporal coherence. The pixel comprises an input node for connection to a photocurrent, and an output node. The pixel includes a CTIA which comprises a “high gain” integration capacitor and a first reset switch connected between the input and output nodes, a “low gain” integration capacitor connected between the input node and a first node, a second reset switch connected between the first node and the output node, and a first FET connected across the second reset switch. In operation, the first FET is off during the reset phase, and is conditionally turned on during or after the integration phase. The CTIA also includes an amplifier having an inverting input connected to the input node and an output connected to the output node. The pixel can be operated in “static low-gain control” and “dynamic low-gain control” modes.

The telescopic amplifier has a first signal input, a second signal input, a first output, a second output, a common mode feedback input, a first pole-splitting capacitor, and a second pole-splitting capacitor. The common mode feedback amplifier has an output connected to the common mode feedback input of the telescopic amplifier. The first pole-splitting capacitor is connected between the common mode feedback input of the telescopic amplifier and the first output of the telescopic amplifier, and the second pole-splitting capacitor is connected between the common mode feedback input of the telescopic amplifier and the second output of the telescopic amplifier.

摘要: Systems are provided including night vision goggles and up-conversion circuits for converting short wave infrared (SWIR) light into near infrared (NIR) light or other visible light in low-light environments. An array of electrically coupled photodiodes, amplifiers, and NIR light emitters generate and amplify a current in response to SWIR, powering the light emitters to generate NIR light. The NIR can then be directed into a photomultiplier tube to amplify the light and allow an operator to see in low-light environments.

The second compensation circuit is coupled to an output port of the second-stage amplifier.
