Abstract: There is provided a radio communication terminal that can reduce power consumption by a radio communication terminal when searching for a radio base station apparatus that is to be connected to the radio communication terminal, and that can reduce the time it takes to search for the radio base station apparatus. The radio communication terminal communicates with a radio base station apparatus through a network in which a plurality of radio communication schemes are present for use in a mixed manner, and includes a processor and an antenna. The processor acquires location information of the radio communication terminal, and locates a connection base station as a radio base station apparatus that communicates user data with the radio communication terminal, among a plurality of the radio base station apparatuses, based on the location information of the radio communication terminal and on information that is the history of communication with the radio base station apparatus in every location in which the radio communication terminal is present. Through the antenna, the user data is communicated between terminal itself and the connection base station.

Abstract: A wireless communication system includes a first base station connectable to a backbone network by a wireless backhaul, and a path generator generating a wireless multi-hop path including the first base station and one or more second base stations connected to the first base station by a wireless multi-hop. The first base station reports a measurement result of a line quality of the wireless backhaul and a measurement result of a line quality between the first base station and the second base station disposed around the first base station. The first base station is switched to a first mode connected to the backbone network by the wireless backhaul or to a second mode connected to the second base station by a wireless multi-hop, in response to the path signal.

Abstract: Channel interference is suppressed, and an increase in the cost of manufacturing a terminal or in maximum transmission power is adaptively suppressed. A base station retains information relating to at least one already-allocated bandwidth, among all bandwidths that are to be used for wireless communication, in a memory and determines whether the already-allocated bandwidth that is the same as a bandwidth which satisfies terminal performance information, according to a request for communication from a terminal, which includes the terminal performance information is present or absent. In a case where the already-allocated bandwidth that is the same as the bandwidth which satisfies the terminal performance information is absent, the base station determines whether a non-allocated bandwidth that is the same as the bandwidth which satisfies the terminal performance information is present or absent. In a case where the non-allocated bandwidth that is the same as the bandwidth which satisfies the terminal performance information is present, the base station allocates the non-allocated bandwidth that is the same as the bandwidth which satisfies the terminal performance information, for the wireless communication with the terminal.
