Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may configure one or more cross-link interference measurement resources on which a user equipment (UE) is to measure CLI. The UE may measure CLI from a single aggressor UE in multiple receive directions. The UE may identify receive beams on which it receives other signal types, and use those receive beams to measure CLI. In some examples, the base station may explicitly indicate to the UE which receive beams it is to use for CLI measurements. The UE may measure CLI on each CLI measurement resource using the identified receive beam, and may transmit, to the base station, a CLI report including CLI measurements, an indication of resource on which CLI measurements were taken, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes receiving, from a scheduling entity, an indication of at least two different cross link interference (CLI) measurement resources of a message for transmission from a transmission source. The method also includes receiving, from an intelligent reflecting surface (IRS), a reflected transmission of the message originating from the transmission source, wherein the reflected transmission of the message is reflected by the IRS based on one or more IRS coefficients. The method further includes determining one or more CLI measurement parameters to generate a report. The method includes transmitting, to the scheduling entity, a CLI measurement report. The method also includes receiving, from the IRS, another reflected transmission of the message originating from the transmission source using one or more configured IRS coefficients that are configured based on the CLI measurement report.

Abstract: Techniques for wireless communication at a communication device are described. The communication device may be a user equipment (UE) configured to transmit, to a base station, signaling indicating UE capability information. The UE may receive, from the base station, control signaling indicating a measurement gap sequence configuration based on the UE capability information. The UE may determine a measurement gap occasion based on the measurement gap sequence configuration. The measurement gap occasion may include one or more of a first measurement gap occasion associated with a first measurement gap sequence, a second measurement gap occasion associated with a second measurement gap sequence, or a combination of the first measurement gap occasion and the second measurement gap occasion. The UE may perform a set of channel measurements during the determined measurement gap occasion.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive a resource configuration indicating cross link interference (CLI) measurement resources, measure receive strength signal indicator (RSSI) values on the CLI measurement resources, respectively, and determine whether one or more RSSI values of the multiple of RSSI values exceed an RSSI threshold, the one or more RSSI values being respectively associated with one or more CLI measurement resources of the CLI measurement resources. The UE may measure at least one reference signal received power (RSRP) value respectively on at least one CLI measurement resource of the one or more CLI measurement resources in response to determining that the one or more RSSI values exceed the RSSI threshold. The UE may transmit an RSRP measurement report, the RSRP measurement report including the at least one RSRP value and at least one resource index respectively indicating the at least one CLI measurement resource.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for intra-frequency measurement of Layer 3 (L3)-based channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) are described. An example method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting an indication based on a UE capability to simultaneously receive downlink data from a serving cell on one or more first resources and measure one or more CSI-RSs from a target cell on one or more second resources. The one or more first resources at least partially overlap the one or more second resources in a time domain and a frequency domain. The method also includes performing a CSI-RS measurement procedure, based on the UE capability.
