    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, capability signaling including an indication of a capability of the first UE to prioritize reception of downlink messages scheduled via a first type of scheduling which at least partially overlap with resources used to perform cross-link interference (CLI) measurements. The first UE may receive control signaling indicating a first set of resources for a downlink message, and additional control signaling indicating a second set of resources usable by the first UE to perform CLI measurements on signals transmitted by a second UE, where the second set of resources at least partially overlap with the first set of resources in a time domain. The first UE may then receive the downlink message from the base station within the first set of resources based on the indication of the capability.

    Abstract: In methods and devices configured to perform the methods for managing downlink traffic reception and cross-link interference (CLI), a wireless device may receive from a base station physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) traffic using a first receive (Rx) resource tuning of an Rx resource, determine whether a time period between an end of the PDCCH traffic and a beginning of a CLI measurement opportunity exceeds a threshold duration for tuning the Rx resource to a second Rx resource tuning, and may receive downlink traffic using the first Rx resource tuning in response to determining that the time period between the end of the PDCCH traffic and the beginning of the CLI measurement opportunity is less than or equal to the threshold duration.

A first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration indicating an interference reciprocity between the first UE and a second UE, where the interference reciprocity is associated with cross link interference (CLI) between the first UE and the second UE. The first UE may also receive, from the base station, an indication of a transmit power of the second UE. The first UE may measure a pathloss associated with the CLI between the first UE and the second UE based at least in part on the received transmit power of the second UE. The first UE may determine a transmit power for transmission of one or more uplink messages based at least in part on the measured pathloss and transmit the uplink messaged using the determined transmit power.

A first user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station to measure cross-link interference (CLI) from an aggressor UE. The first UE may receive a CLI measurement configuration which provides a CLI measurement resource for the first UE to use for measurement of CLI from an aggressor UE.     Abstract: A first user equipment (UE) receives, from a scheduling entity, one or more indications of one or more parameters associated with an uplink (UL) transmission from a second UE. The UL transmission includes one or more cross link interference (CLI) measurement resources. The first UE configures one or more dedicated tracking loops for receiving the one or more CLI measurement resources of the UL transmission based on the one or more indications of the one or more parameters. The first UE receives, from the second UE, the one or more CLI measurement resources of the UL transmission using the one or more dedicated tracking loops according to the one or more parameters, while also receiving a downlink (DL) transmission from the scheduling entity. The first UE determines one or more CLI measurements using the one or more CLI measurement resources of the UL transmission.
