    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may support communications with a set of transmission/reception points (TRPs). The UE may receive one or more signals from at least one TRP of the set of TRPs. The one or more signals may indicate a condition corresponding to the UE for the multi-TRP communications. The UE may determine the condition of the UE based on the one or more signals. The UE may communicate with one or more TRPs of the set of TRPs based on the one or more signals. For example, the UE may communicate with the one or more TRPs according to a multi-TRP communications configuration determined based on the condition of the UE.

    Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for sharing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes across component carriers (CCs) are described. An example technique involves identifying a carrier aggregation (CA) configuration in which at least a first CC of a plurality of CCs is aggregated with at least a second CC of the plurality of CCs. A HARQ configuration indicating a pool of HARQ processes shared by at least the first CC and the second CC is received from a base station (BS). Communications are performed with the BS on at least one of the first CC or the second CC, based at least in part on the HARQ configuration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a feedback configuration to a user equipment (UE) in control signaling, such as radio resource control (RRC) signaling, a medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE), or a downlink control information (DCI) message. The feedback configuration may indicate a number of feedback bits to provide for each grant within a feedback occasion. The UE may receive scheduling information indicating one or more grants for the UE within the feedback occasion. The UE may transmit a feedback message based on receiving the grants, where the feedback message includes a set of bits for each grant within the feedback occasion. The number of bits in the set may be based on the feedback configuration.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for tracking channel variations via a model-based representation of the channel. A first network entity may receive from a second network entity or transmit to the second network entity, a model configuration indicative of a model condition of a channel between the first network entity and the second network entity. The model configuration may be associated with one or more initial parameters. The first network entity may receive a reference signal from the second network entity to measure a condition of the channel between the first network entity and the second network entity, and transmit, to the second network entity, one or more updated parameters for the model configuration based on a measurement of the condition of the channel in comparison to the model condition of the channel based on the model configuration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit, to a base station, capability signaling indicating a quantity of sounding reference signal (SRS) ports supported by an antenna panel of a set of antenna panels at the UE. The UE may receive control signaling indicating an SRS configuration including multiple SRS sets, multiple SRS resource lists, or both, where the multiple SRS sets or multiple SRS resource lists are associated with respective quantities of supported SRS ports. The UE may then transmit, to the base station and based on the control signaling, a measurement report indicating a quantity of sounding SRS, and transmit an SRS to the base station in accordance with the SRS configuration and the indicated quantity of SRS ports.
