The web of double coated tape includes a release liner having an upper surface and a carrier having an upper surface and a lower surface. The lower surface of the carrier is coated with a first adhesive layer and the upper surface of the carrier is coated with a second adhesive layer. The carrier is releasably secured to the upper surface of the release liner by the first adhesive layer and the outserts are positioned in spaced relation to one another along the web.

    摘要： A child resistant carton assembly includes a carton including a body panel. A locking panel is spaced apart from the body panel. The locking panel and the body panel define a locking chamber therebetween. A tray is slidably mounted in the carton. The tray includes a locking tab adapted to releasably engage the locking panel such that at least an insert portion of the locking tab is disposed in the locking chamber. A method is provided for using a child resistant carton including a carton and a tray slidably mounted in the carton. The carton includes a body panel and a locking panel spaced apart from one another and defining a locking chamber therebetween. The tray includes a locking tab. The method includes inserting at least an insert portion of the locking tab into the locking chamber to resist withdrawal of the tray from the carton, and displacing the locking tab from the locking chamber to release the tray.

    摘要： A method of forming a label for displaying information includes providing a release liner having an upper surface. A discrete patch of leaflet adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the release liner. The leaflet adhesive patch has an end edge. A leaflet is provided having a bottom panel and a top panel overlying and connected to the bottom panel along a fold line. The leaflet is applied to the release liner and the leaflet adhesive patch such that a first portion of the bottom panel overlies the leaflet adhesive patch and a second portion of the bottom panel adjacent the fold line extends beyond the end edge of the leaflet adhesive patch. A laminate web is applied over the leaflet and the release liner such that a portion of the laminate web is disposed adjacent the fold line and extends beyond the end edge of the leaflet adhesive patch, the laminate web portion being coated on the underside thereof with a laminate adhesive and being releasably secured directly to the upper surface of the release liner by at least a portion of the laminate adhesive. The portion of the laminate adhesive, the leaflet adhesive patch and the leaflet are relatively applied and positioned such that an adhesive-free gap is defined between the end edge of the leaflet adhesive patch and the portion of the laminate adhesive, the gap underlying the laminate web.

    摘要： A resealable label includes a leaflet having an upper surface and a base tab disposed adjacent the leaflet. The base tab includes a closure portion and a pull tab portion each having an upper surface and a lower surface. The closure portion and the pull tab portion are separated from one another by a cut line therebetween. A varnish coats the upper surface of the closure portion. The label further includes a laminate cover including a first laminate portion overlying the closure portion, a second laminate portion overlying the pull tab portion, and a third laminate portion overlying the leaflet. The label further includes a laminate adhesive including a first adhesive portion releasably and resealably securing the first laminate portion to the varnish on the upper surface of the closure portion, and a second adhesive portion securing the second laminate portion to the upper surface of the pull tab portion. A closure portion adhesive coats the lower surface of the closure portion. The lower surface of the pull tab is substantially free of adhesive.
