摘要: According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of labeling a plurality of products includes coating a pressure sensitive adhesive to a roll of face stock, the roll of face stock configured to be converted to a plurality of individual labels aligned in a single lane; singulating an individual label from the roll of face stock; and applying the individual label to a product of the plurality of products, wherein the coating, singulating and applying are conducted sequentially in a single continuous operation with a single continuous web of material.

摘要: A stacked multilayer structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a stacked layer part including a plurality of conducting layers and a plurality of insulating layers, said plurality of insulating layers being stacked alternately with each layer of said plurality of conducting layers, one of said plurality of insulating layers being a topmost layer among said plurality of conducting layers and said plurality of insulating layers; and a plurality of contacts, each contact of said plurality of contacts being formed from said topmost layer and each contact of said plurality of contacts being in contact with a respective conducting layer of said plurality of conducting layers, a side surface of each of said plurality of contacts being insulated from said plurality of conducting layers via an insulating film.

摘要: An absorbent article having a front waist region, a back waist region, and a crotch region extending between and interconnecting the front and back waist regions. The article comprises an outer cover, a body-side liner, an absorbent assembly between the outer cover and the body-side liner, and leg and flap elastic composites including a containment flap portion and a gasket portion. Each of the composites are attached to the liner such that one of the composites is disposed adjacent one side edge of the liner and the other composite is disposed adjacent the other side edge of the liner, each of the composites extend longitudinally from the front waist region to the back waist region, and each of the composites have a deadened portion in the front waist region or the back waist region. The article further includes a waist elastic member extending longitudinally between the deadened portions.

摘要: A method for producing a porous metal foil comprising causing a metal foil together with a soft sheet to pass through a gap between a pattern roll of a hard metal, which has high-hardness, fine particles having particle sizes of 50-500 μm on the surface, and a hard metal roll opposing the pattern roll, to press the metal foil and the soft sheet, thereby forming fine pores in the metal foil; the soft sheet being a laminate sheet of a relatively hard plastic layer and a relatively soft plastic layer; and the pressing of the metal foil being conducted with the relatively hard plastic layer on the side of the metal foil, and the relatively soft plastic layer on the side of the hard metal roll.

摘要: A container including a containment wall, defining an internal containment volume and including a free edge, a closing element including a welding layer welded onto the free edge of the wall and a front layer defining an outer surface of the container. An intermediate layer of removable self-adhesive is spread onto an adhesion portion of mutually coupled surfaces of the welding layer and front layer. An opening line adapted to define an access window is obtained through an incision in a stretch of thickness of the welding layer splitting the welding layer into a welding portion adapted to be welded to the container and an opening portion corresponding to the access window, with reference to an assembled configuration on the container. The incision is made to allow the detachment of the opening portion from the welding portion while the closing element is opened.

摘要: A perforated composite panel comprises a substrate and an applied layer, the substrate having a first surface and an opposite second surface. A method of forming the perforated composite panel comprises the steps of: i. cutting a plurality of first holes in the substrate; ii. positioning the applied layer against the substrate such that a surface of the applied layer overlays the first surface of the substrate to thereby form the composite panel; iii. locating the composite panel in a fixture, the fixture having one or more datum features; iv. determining the location and axis direction for each of the first holes in the substrate, relative to the or each datum feature; and v. cutting a plurality of second holes in the applied layer, each of the plurality of second holes being coincident and coaxial with a corresponding one of the plurality of first holes.

摘要: A modular, reduced-pressure, wound-closure system for providing a closing force on a surface would includes a flexible strap operable to be formed into a closed loop inbound and around the surface wound and a plurality of modular closing members coupled to the flexible strap. A reduced-pressure source is fluidly coupled to the plurality of modular closing members. The modular closing members are operable to generate a closing force on the surface wound. A portion of the modular closing members are releasably attached to the patient's epidermis proximate the surface wound and another portion are attached to the flexible strap. A reduced pressure from the reduced-pressure source is delivered to each modular closing member to generate the closing force on the surface wound. Methods and other systems are presented.
