    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an electronic device including a rollable display is provided. The electronic device includes a housing including a first surface oriented in a first direction, a second surface oriented in a second direction opposite to the first direction, a first side member slidable in a third direction different from the first direction and the second direction, and a second side member facing away from the first side member, a flexible display including a first region oriented in the first direction and a second region extending from the first region and oriented in the second direction opposite to the first direction, a plate configured to support at least a portion of the flexible display and to perform a sliding movement to cause at least a portion of the second region to be oriented in the first direction so as to substantially enable expansion of the first region, at least one member configured to enable the sliding movement of the plate through a rotational motion, and a rotation detection sensor configured to detect a degree of rotation while the at least one member rotates about a rotating axis.

    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing coupled to the first housing so as to slide in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction, a flexible display including an exposed region that is exposed on a front surface of the electronic device and varied in size in response to sliding of the second housing, a sensing substrate disposed in the first housing, and a conductive roller disposed in the second housing so as to be rotatable. A plurality of sensing pads are disposed on one surface of the sensing substrate. The conductive roller is configured to make contact with a part of the plurality of sensing pads as the second housing slides relative to the first housing. The plurality of sensing pads include a plurality of position pads that make contact with the conductive roller in a state in which the exposed region of the flexible display is formed in one or more specified sizes.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an electronic device may include: a first housing, a second housing, a first support, a second support, a flexible display, a motor assembly including a motor, and a first thermal conductive member including a thermally conductive material. The second housing may be slidable relative to the first housing. The first support may be positioned in the first housing. The second support may be positioned in the second housing. The flexible display may include a first area and a second area configured to extend from the first area. The first area may be disposed on the first support and be configured to be visible to the outside of the electronic device. The second area may be configured to, during sliding of the second housing, be withdrawn from or inserted into an inner space of the electronic device while being supported by the second support. The motor assembly may be connected to the second support through a bracket disposed on the second support and be configured to provide a drive force for sliding of the second housing. The first thermal conductive member may be disposed on the first support. Based on the second area being inserted in the inner space of the electronic device, the bracket may be configured to be in contact with the first thermal conductive member.
