The present application provides a method for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), comprising: detecting a physical el downlink control channel (PDCCH) and receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the PDCCH, by a user equipment (UE); determining, by the UE, hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) information to be fed back and physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for transmitting the UCI according to at least one of the following: slot lengths of downlink bandwidth part (BWP) and uplink BWP, HARQ-ACK codebook information and UE's processing capability requirements; transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK information on the PUCCH resource. The method of the present invention may support a method for determining the HARQ-ACK codebook while multiple PUCCH resources and multiple slot lengths.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat-request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback information in an enhanced carrier aggregation system. A user equipment (UE) determines the number of HARQ-ACK feedback information bits that the UE needs to transmit in an uplink subframe, and determines the number of uplink control information (UCI) bits to be transmitted in the uplink subframe based on the number of the HARQ-ACK feedback information bits, the number of channel state information (CSI) bits, and the number of scheduling request (SR) bits that need to be transmitted in the uplink subframe, and transmitting the UCI according to the PUCCH format and the resource for transmission of PUCCH determined. With the present disclosure, UCI information may be transmitted using different formats in different PUCCH formats.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present invention provides a method of a base station for supporting an inter-system handover from an evolved packet system (EPS) system to a 5th generation (5G) system. The present application provides a method for transmitting HARQ-ACK information, including steps of: detecting, by a UE, a PDCCH and receiving a PDSCH scheduled by the PDCCH; for one slot of one carrier, determining, according to a configured slot pattern and a configured PDCCH monitoring occasion, the HARQ-ACK occasion and the number of HARQ-ACK bits occupied by the one slot; and, generating, by the UE, an HARQ-ACK codebook according to the HARQ-ACK occasion and the number of HARQ-ACK bits occupied by the one slot, and transmitting HARQ-ACK information. By the method of the present invention, the number of HARQ-ACK bits to be fed back within each slot is reduced, and the feedback overhead is reduced; moreover, the number of bits of the generated HARQ-ACK codebook changes semi-statically, so that the confusion between a base station and a UE is avoided.

Abstract: A method for channel sensing and signal transmission is provided. The method includes that a signal transmission mode of a communication node in a predefined time window is different from a signal transmission mode of the communication node outside the predefined time window, which includes at least one of a channel sensing mode and a data transmission mode. By performing the method, a frequency domain multiplexing coefficient among nodes adopting the same access technology can be improved, and the coexistence of the access technology and others can be ensured.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting data, including: sensing, by a first device, a scheduling assignment (SA) of another device; measuring a received power of the other device, and measuring a total received energy of a subframe/subband; determining a received power reference value and a total received energy reference value of the other device according to the SA; selecting resources; and transmitting data using the selected resources. According to the method of the present disclosure, the performance of the method which avoids collision based on SA is improved, and measurement accuracy of the total received energy of the subband is increased. Thus, resource selection/re-selection can be performed better. As such, interferences between devices can be avoided effectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a resource allocation method and a User Equipment (UE).
