The method may include obtaining first data via a first interface of the docking station and second data via a second interface of the docking station, responsive to operating in a first mode of the plurality of modes. The first interface may be configured to couple the docking station to a computing device, and the second interface may be configured to communicate with a network. The method may also include obtaining third data via the second interface of the docking station, in lieu of the first interface, responsive to operating in a second mode of the plurality of modes. The method may further include selectively outputting the first data and the second data, or the third data, to a display based on whether the docking station operates in the first mode or the second mode.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention generally provide a display device that includes a controller that is communicatively coupled between a display source and source drivers. The controller and source drivers include respective decompression engines that can decompress the compressed data received from the display source. Instead of sending all of the compressed data to the source drivers, the controller evaluates the uncompressed data and identifies what portion of the compressed data corresponds to each of the source drivers. Moreover, the controller may determine a decompression engine state that corresponds to each portion of the compressed data. The saved engine state is transmitted to the source drivers which then initialize their decompression engines using the engine states.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention generally provide an input device including a display device having an integrated capacitive sensing device. The input device includes a plurality of source lines, a plurality of routing traces coupled to a plurality of sensor electrodes, and a processing system. The processing system is configured to update a first sub-pixel coupled to a first source line by driving the first source line with a first voltage. The processing system is further configured to drive one or more routing traces included in the plurality of routing traces with a second voltage that is an inverted version of the first voltage.
