    Abstract: A display device includes: scan lines extending in a first direction; first data lines, second data lines, and third data lines extending in a second direction; a first driving unit connected to the scan lines and the first data lines; a first light emitting unit connected to the first driving unit; a second driving unit connected to the scan lines and the second data lines; a second light emitting unit connected to the second driving unit; a third driving unit connected to the scan lines and the second data lines; and a third light emitting unit connected to the third driving unit. The first light emitting unit overlaps the second driving unit or the third driving unit, the second light emitting unit overlaps the first driving unit or the third driving unit, and the third light emitting unit overlaps the first driving unit or the second driving unit.

    Abstract: A driving controller of a display device, the controller including a segment divider configured to divide the image signal into a plurality of segments and define a predetermined number of adjacent segments among the plurality of segments as a segment block, an image signal adder configured to add up a gray scale value of the image signal of each of the predetermined number of adjacent segments and output the added-up gray scale values, an average gray scale calculator configured to receive the added-up gray scale values and output an average gray scale value, a correction circuit configured to output corrected added-up gray scale values obtained by adding a weight value to each of the added-up gray scale values on the basis of the average gray scale value, and a driving frequency determiner configured to determine the driving frequency of the display device on the basis of the corrected added-up gray scale values.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including a pixel connected to a data line; a data driver which supplies a sensing reference voltage to the data line during a sensing period, and supplies a data signal to the data line during a display period; and a sensing unit which receives a sensing current corresponding to the sensing reference voltage during the sensing period, and generates correction data based on the supplied sensing current.     Abstract: A flicker quantification system includes a display device driven in units of reference periods having a first frame for writing data and at least one second frame for holding data. A luminance measurer generates luminance data by measuring a luminance of a display during the reference period. A voltage measurer measures a voltage of a photo sensor corresponding to light emitted. First voltage data representing an accumulation amount of voltage during the first frame and second voltage data representing an accumulation amount of voltage during the at least one second frame is generated. A processor calculates a flicker index value representing a ratio of a measured luminance difference to a just noticeable difference, based on the luminance data, the first voltage data, and the second voltage data. The measured luminance difference may represent the difference between a luminance during the first frame and a luminance during the second frame.
