An operational process of the pixel circuit includes a bias stage. In the bias stage, the compensation module is turned off, the driving transistor receives a bias signal, and the bias signal is configured to adjust a bias state of the driving transistor.

摘要: An electronic device includes a panel. The panel includes a plurality of scan electrodes, a plurality of data electrodes and a cholesteric liquid crystal layer. The plurality of data electrodes and the plurality of scan electrodes are intersected with each other to define a plurality of pixels. The cholesteric liquid crystal layer is disposed between the plurality of scan electrodes and the plurality of data electrodes. In a writing mode, a first voltage difference is applied to at least one pixel disposed in a writing area, and a second voltage difference is applied to at least a portion of the other pixels disposed in a non-writing area. In an erasing mode, a third voltage difference is applied to at least one pixel disposed in an erasing area, where the first voltage difference is different from the second voltage difference, and the first voltage difference is different from the third voltage difference.

摘要: To realize frame narrowing of a display device that uses a display element driven by a current. A second scanning signal line drive circuit configured to drive second scanning signal lines each connected to a control terminal of a writing control transistor is constituted by a shift register composed of unit circuits equal in number to half a number of the second scanning signal lines. Each of the unit circuits included in the shift register collectively drives two of the second scanning signal lines adjacent to each other. In a period during which a power supply control transistor and a light emission control transistor are maintained in an off state and the writing control transistor is maintained in an on state in first and second pixel circuits connected to the two second scanning signal lines adjacent to each other, a threshold voltage compensation transistor and an initialization transistor in the first pixel circuit and a threshold voltage compensation transistor and an initialization transistor in the second pixel circuit are sequentially set to an on state for a predetermined period each.

The display driving method includes: scanning a plurality of subpixels arranged in an NΔM array row by row or in multiple rows to turn on each row of scanned subpixels, so that the duration when two adjacent rows of subpixels are simultaneously in a turn-on state is greater than or equal to two times a unit scan time, the unit scan time being the time required for scanning one row of subpixels, and N and M both being integers greater than 1; and applying data signals to at least two rows of subpixels that are simultaneously in the turn-on state, so that the duration when data signals are applied to at least some rows of subpixels is greater than the unit scan time.
