    Abstract: In a method of sensing degradation of pixels in an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, the method includes: generating degradation sensing data for the pixels by sensing the degradation of the pixels; generating degradation estimation data for the pixels based on input image data for the pixels; setting a degradation baseline for each sensing channel based on the degradation estimation data; and determining degrees of degradation of the pixels based on a difference between the degradation sensing data and the degradation baseline.
