Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device includes a pixel electrode that includes a first central portion and a first stem portion and sequentially disposed on one side of a reference line extending in a first direction, and a second central portion and a second stem portion sequentially disposed on the other side, where the first stem portion extends at a first oblique angle in which a center line of a line width has a positive sign with respect to the first direction, the first central portion extends from one end of the first stem portion and has a shape in which a center line of the line width is inclined at a second oblique angle having a positive sign with respect to the first direction, and a line width of the first central portion is smaller than the line width of the first stem portion.
Abstract:
A mother substrate for a display device, includes an upper mother substrate and a lower mother substrate each divided into, from among areas of the display device, a display area which displays an image, a sealing area which surrounds the display area and in which a seal material is disposed, and an outer area disposed outside the sealing area, in which a pad area is disposed and from which a signal is applied to the display area; and a spacer between the upper mother substrate and the lower mother substrate, and in the outer area. The spacer is disposed at a cutting line at which the upper mother substrate and the lower mother substrate are separated from the mother substrate to form the display device.
Abstract:
A display device includes: a substrate; a display area including pixels arranged on the substrate; a first area disposed at one side of the display area; a second area including pads arranged on the substrate; a bending area disposed between the first area and the second area; and a fan-out line disposed in the first area, the bending area, and the second area. The fan-out line includes: a plurality of sub-routing lines arranged in the first area and electrically connected to each other; and a plurality of sub-pad lines arranged in the second area and electrically connected to each other. The number of the plurality of sub-routing lines is greater than the number of the plurality of sub-pad lines.
