摘要:
Disclosed herein is an image display device having a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), which can maintain a primary color which is desired to be expressed, and prevent an interference of other unwanted colors and a change of the primary color at the time of application of a light source of each light emitting diode. The image display device comprises: a first optical filter layer containing a violet wavelength-absorbing material having a wavelength range of from 380 nm to 450 nm such as Bi2O3 so as to prevent light having a wavelength ranging from 380 nm to 450 nm from being leaked out to an undesired region of an image display portion of the image display device; and a second optical filter layer such as a blue color filter layer so as to allow a white light to be expressed in a desired region of the image display portion.

Provided is a transparent carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode comprising a net-like (i.e., net-shaped) CNT thin film and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, a transparent CNT electrode comprises a transparent substrate and a net-shaped CNT thin film formed on the transparent substrate, and a method for preparing a transparent CNT electrode, comprising forming a thin film using particulate materials and CNTs, and then removing the particulate materials to form a net-shaped CNT thin film. The transparent CNT electrode exhibits excellent electrical conductivity while maintaining high light transmittance. Therefore, the transparent CNT electrode can be widely used to fabricate a variety of electronic devices, including image sensors, solar cells, liquid crystal displays, organic electroluminescence (EL) displays, and touch screen panels, that have need of electrodes possessing both light transmission properties and conductive properties.

A three-dimensional light emitting device and a method for fabricating the light emitting device are provided. The light emitting device comprises a substrate and a semiconductor nanoparticle layer wherein the substrate is provided with a plurality of three-dimensional recesses and the surface having the recesses is coated with semiconductor nanoparticles. According to the three-dimensional light emitting device, the formation of the semiconductor nanoparticles on the surface of the recessed substrate increases the light emitting area and enhances the luminescence intensity, leading to an increase in the amount of light emitted from the light emitting device per unit area. Therefore, the three-dimensional light emitting device has the advantage of improved luminescence efficiency.

摘要:
A dispersant for a carbon nanotube and a composition comprising the same are provided, wherein the dispersant is comprised of a structure including a head part composed of an electron-rich atom and an aromatic ring having a high affinity for the carbon nanotube and a tail part having an affinity for a dispersion medium, and thus exhibits excellent stabilizing and dispersing effects of the carbon nanotube in a variety of dispersion media including organic solvents, water or mixtures thereof. Use of the dispersant in accordance with the present invention enables convenient preparation of carbon nanotube compositions necessary for a variety of industrial fields such as emitters of field emission displays (FEDs), carbon nanotube inks, printable carbon nanotubes and the like.

A sulfide phosphor paste composition comprising a sulfur-containing dispersant, and a fluorescent film prepared therefrom, are provided. The sulfur-containing dispersant has a dual head structure containing both a carboxyl group and a thiol group or a structure containing a thiol or thiophene group as a head group. An oligomeric sulfur-containing dispersant is also provided. Adsorption of the dispersant on the surface of the sulfide phosphor prevents aggregation of the phosphor particles, and thereby improves the dispersibility of the sulfide phosphor paste composition, the homogeneity of the phosphor in the paste composition, and the density of a film produced from the paste composition. Fluorescent films and display devices produced from the phosphor paste composition exhibit improved luminescent properties and excellent processability.
