Abstract: A manufacturing method of a touch control display device is disclosed. The method includes forming a thin film transistor element layer; forming and patterning a common electrode layer on the thin film transistor element layer to form common electrodes, forming a third insulation layer on the common electrode and the thin film transistor element layer, forming and patterning a conversion layer on the third insulation layer to form conversion lines, and forming on a first via hole that exposes at least a portion of a gate line, and forming a second via hole that exposes at least a portion of the common electrode. Further, first conversion lines are electrically connected to the gate lines via the first via hole, and second conversion lines are electrically connected to the common electrode via the second via hole.

Abstract: A touch control display panel and a touch control display apparatus are provided. The touch control display panel comprises a first substrate having a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, wherein the non-display region includes a plurality of sub-non-display regions, and a plurality of first pressure-sensing bridges and at least one second pressure-sensing bridge, wherein a first pressure-sensing bridge and the at least one second pressure-sensing bridge are disposed in two opposing sub-non-display regions. The first pressure-sensing bridge and the at least one second pressure-sensing bridge each includes a first strain direction and a second strain direction. The first strain direction and the second strain direction of the first pressure-sensing bridge form a first pre-determined angle α and a second pre-determined angle β with respect to a first border of the non-display region, respectively.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes: a substrate; a plurality of scan lines formed on the substrate and extending along a first direction, a plurality of data lines formed on the substrate and extending along a second direction; a plurality of pixel units are defined by the scan lines and data lines, at least four semiconductor pressure sensing units formed on the substrate. In each of the plurality of the pixel units, a thin film transistor is provided. The substrate is further provided with a plurality of connection wires thereon, for connecting the semiconductor pressure sensing units to form at least one Wheatstone bridge structure. Using the array substrate provided in the present disclosure can the defect in the related art that the structure is complicated when the touch pressure sensor is integrated.

Abstract: A touch control display device is provided. The touch control device includes: a display area including a gate electrode, a plurality of gate lines, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a plurality of source lines, a plurality of conversion lines, and a plurality of common electrodes. A first via hole may be formed on the gate line and exposes at least a portion of the gate line, and a second via hole may be formed on the common electrode and exposes at least a portion of the common electrodes. The plurality of first conversion lines may be electrically connected to the plurality of gate lines via the first via hole, and the plurality of second conversion lines may be electrically connected to the plurality of common electrodes via the second via hole.

Abstract: A holographic display system, a holographic display method and an electronic device are provided. The holographic display system includes a backlight module configured to emit a backlight beam, a spatial light modulator configured to perform phase and amplitude modulations on the backlight beam, and a plurality of liquid crystal grating modules that are sequentially arranged in a first direction. Based on a polarization direction of incident light, a liquid crystal grating module is capable of changing or maintaining a propagation direction of the incident light. A first optical rotator disposed on a light-incident side of the liquid crystal grating module is capable of rotating the polarization direction of the incident light, to make at least one liquid crystal grating module change the propagation direction of the incident light, and at least one liquid crystal grating module do not change the propagation direction of the incident light within a preset duration.

Abstract: Display panel and display device are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel unit includes a heating element, a reflective layer, a resonant cavity, and a phase-change material layer sequentially disposed on the first substrate, and a liquid crystal cell. The driving circuit includes a first driving module and a second driving module that are connected to a same first signal line and a same second signal line. The first driving module drives the heating element to control the state of the phase-change material layer, and the second driving module controls the deflection of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal cell.

The light-blocking layer includes first light-blocking portions. Each first light-blocking portion forms an imaging aperture. A protective layer is located on the color filter layer. Each first metal part overlaps the first light-blocking portion. The optical sensor layer is located on a side of the color filter layer facing away from the protective layer and configured to detect an image formed by the imaging aperture. Further provided is a display device including the preceding display panel.
