A method for performing wash cycles in a dishwasher comprising factory includes presetting the dishwasher to an adapted wash cycle as a default cycle, the adopted wash cycle being adapted to a combination product including a detergent agent and at least one of a water-softening agent and a rinse agent. A wash cycle is selected using a control element. Using a cycle controller, the adapted wash cycle is performed until a filling of at least one reservoir with a rinse aid or a water softener salt. Using the cycle controller, a predetermined number of standard wash cycles are performed after the filling of the at least one reservoir.

The invention relates to an overload protection device which has a force-loaded or torque-loaded component, a chamber for receiving a fluid which is at a predetermined pressure, and at least two transmitting elements which are connected to said component in a force-transmitting manner. The transmitting elements serve to transmit a counter-force or a counter-torque, which is generated by the pressure acting upon said transmitting elements, to the component, and is, at the same time, part of a sealing arrangement which occludes an outlet of the chamber due to the fluid pressure. If the force or torque acting upon the component are greater than the counter-force or counter-torque resulting from the predetermined pressure, the sealing arrangement unblocks the outlet, as a result of which the pressure in the chamber drops below said predetermined pressure.

The invention relates to an overload protection device (10) which has a force-loaded and/or momentum-loaded component (12), a chamber (32) for receiving a fluid which is at a predetermined pressure (p), and at least one transmitting element (22) which is connected to said component (12) in a force-transmitting manner. The transmitting element (22) serves to transmit a counter-force ( F) and/or counter-momentum, which is generated by the pressure (p) acting upon said transmitting element (22), to the component (12), and is, at the same time, part of a sealing arrangement (20) which occludes an outlet (30) of the chamber (32) by means of the fluid pressure (p). There is proposed a method of operating a solar thermal process heat plant, in which a heat carrier medium is heated in a heating section by solar radiation, wherein the heating section comprises a plurality of heating branches, among which the heat carrier medium is distributed, comprising measuring at heating branches a state variable of the heat carrier medium, respectively, calculating a mean value of measured state variables over heating branches, and controlling mass flow control valves in the respective heating branches in dependence upon the respective deviation between the measured state variable of the flowing heat carrier medium in the respective heating branch and the calculated mean value.

A system with a transmitter for transmitting digital data via an interface to a receiver. The interface has at least one data line and a clock line. A clock generator supplies a clock signal to the clock line. The receiver uses the clock signal received from the clock line for deriving timing information for processing received digital data. The clock signal may have an amplitude that is lower than the power supply voltage VDD, typically less than half of the power supply voltage, and less stringent requirements can be applied to the waveform of the clock signal than traditionally applied to data and clock signals. The clock signals are hereby less power consuming and cause significantly less electromagnetic interference.

A new method for the generation of populations in exciton-p-states is proposed, and, thus, a method for the generation of population inversions of excitons, i.e. between their energetically spaced states in materials, in which excitons (bound electron-hole pairs) can be generated. Furthermore, emitter elements in the form of lasers or amplifiers (exciton THz lasers) or oscillators are proposed, which use the method according to the present invention in order to generate or strengthen electromagnetic radiation, or to use it in the form of a time unit (oscillator), according to the energetic distances of the exciton states.
