    摘要: A module for an optical fiber receptacle used in an optical scanning device forming a latent image on a photosensitive body by scanning a laser beam emitted from the optical fiber, the efficiency of light use is improved. The module includes a module holder having a semiconductor laser for generating a laser beam, a lens for condensing the laser beam emitted from the semiconductor laser and a lens holder for holding the lens; a flat glass plate arranged on the optical path of the laser beam and fixed in the module holder; an optical fiber fixed onto a surface of the flat glass plate opposite to the surface facing the semiconductor laser through a photo-curing resin. The flat glass plate, the photo-curing resin and the optical fiber are made of materials having approximately equal refractive indexes.

It includes a refractive optical system including a plurality of lens groups; and a mirror train including a curved mirror, arranged in this order from an object side, a first focus structure configured to move the respective lens groups of the refractive optical system by different amounts along a normal line of a conjugate surface on the object side, and a second focus structure configured to move the respective lens groups along the normal line of the conjugate surface on the object side by different amounts from those of the first focus structure.

    摘要: An optical system includes a reflective optical system on a magnification side along an optical path of the projection optical system and a refractive optical system on a reduction side along the optical path. The reflective optical system includes one reflective optical element having a power. The refractive optical system includes a front group on the magnification side and a rear group on the reduction side. The front group having, in order from the magnification side toward the reduction side, a first lens group with a positive or negative refractive power, a second lens group, and a third lens group with a positive refractive power. The rear group has a positive refractive power. The first lens group moves to the magnification side, and the second lens group and the third lens group move to the reduction side in a change in focus from a long distance to a short distance.

    摘要: An optical device is disclosed in which inner space is kept clean so as to reduce the adhesion and adsorption of pollutants to the surface of the optical device, thereby preventing the degradation of the optical device and accurately maintaining the alignment of the coupling between the laser light from a semiconductor laser and the incident end surface of an optical fiber. The optical device includes a lens system unit condensing the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser and guiding the laser light onto an incident end of the optical fiber; a variable volume mechanism unit defining an hermetically enclosed space; and an adsorbent unit disposed in the hermetically enclosed space, in which either the incident end of the optical fiber or the lens system unit or both are in contact with the hermetically enclosed space containing the adsorbent unit.

    摘要: An angle β between a principal ray of incident light incident on an optical fiber via a lens system and a marginal ray of reflected light nearest to the principal ray of the incident light when the reflected light is the incident light reflected on an entrance end surface of the optical fiber is larger than an angle θ between the principal ray and a marginal ray of the incident light. A receiving surface is provided separately from an inner surface of a light-passing hole so that the reflected light is received by the receiving surface. Therefore, the reflected light from the entrance end surface of the optical fiber is prevented from returning to a semiconductor laser light source to thereby attain improvement in stability and high reliability of laser light output of the semiconductor laser light source.
