    Abstract: A pulse transformer includes a drum core having a winding core, a first flange provided at one end of the winding core in a first direction, and a second flange provided at the other end of the winding core in the first direction. The pulse transformer also includes a plurality of the first electrodes provided in the first flange and arranged in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, a plurality of second electrodes provided in the second flange and arranged in the second direction, and a plurality of wires wound around the winding core. A length of the pulse transformer in the first and second directions are substantially equal, and a length of the pulse transformer in a third direction substantially perpendicular to the first and second directions is smaller than the length of the pulse transformer in the first and second directions.

    Abstract: The coil device comprises the magnetic core comprising the axial part and the magnetic core end part connecting to the axial part, the coil part formed by winding the wire around the axial part, and the electrode part provided at the magnetic core end part and made of good conductor.     Abstract: Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a drum core including a pair of flange portions and a winding core portion positioned between the flange portions, a plurality of terminal electrodes formed on the flange portions, and a plurality of wires wound around the winding core portion, each end of the wires being electrically connected to an associated one of the terminal electrodes. Each of the flange portions has an inner side surface connected to the winding core portion and an outer side surface opposite to the inner side surface, the outer side surface has a plurality of ridges and at least one groove, and the terminal electrodes are formed on at least the ridges of the outer side surfaces such that the terminal electrodes are isolated from each other by the groove.

    Abstract: A coil component includes a first core, a second core, a lead wire, an outside mark, and an inside mark. The first core includes a winding portion and a pair of core ends. The second core connects a pair of the core ends and includes an inside surface and an outside surface. The lead wire is wound around the winding portion. The outside mark is formed on the outside surface of the second core and designed to change its arrangement at the time of rotating the second core by 90 degrees in a rotational direction whose central axis is along a normal direction of the outside surface. The inside mark with undulation is formed on the inside surface of the second core and designed to change its arrangement at the time of rotating the second core by 90 degrees in the rotational direction.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a drum-shaped core having a first flange part provided at one end of a winding core part, first to fourth terminal electrodes formed on the first flange part so as to be arranged in this order in a second direction, and first to fourth wires wound around the winding core part. One ends of the first to fourth wires are connected to different ones of the first to fourth terminal electrodes. The first and second terminal electrodes are not symmetrical with the third and fourth terminal electrodes so that the third and fourth terminal electrodes are offset outward compared with the first and second terminal electrodes.
