摘要: A coil element includes a core member, a plate portion connected to one end of the columnar portion, a coil conductor wire, and a terminal electrode. The core member has a flat-shaped connection end portion provided in each of both end portions of the coil portion. The plate portion has a principal surface, a first surface connected to the principal surface, and a second surface connected to the principal surface and the first surface. The terminal electrode has an electrode layer and a joint layer. The electrode layer is formed on either the first surface or the second surface of the plate portion. The joint layer includes a cavity portion locally provided between the connection end portion and the electrode layer and joins the connection end portion and the electrode layer to each other.

摘要: A transformer winding structure for enhancing winding stability includes a wire frame having a first winding area and a second winding area, a first wire group wound in the first winding area, a second wire group wound in the second winding area, and a third wire group wound in the second winding area and wound in an overlaying manner on the second wire group. 摘要: A wireless power system uses a wireless power transmitting device to transmit wireless power to wireless power receiving devices. The wireless power transmitting device has wireless power transmitting coils that extend under a wireless charging surface. Non-power-transmitting coils and magnetic sensors may be included in the wireless power transmitting device. During wireless power transfer operations, control circuitry in the wireless power transmitting device adjusts drive signals applied to the coils to reduce ambient magnetic fields. The drive signal adjustments are made based on device type information and other information on the wireless power receiving devices and/or magnetic sensor readings from the magnetic sensors. In-phase or out-of-phase drive signals are applied to minimize ambient fields depending on device type.

摘要: A transformer system for containing energy resulting from a sudden generation of gases which increases the pressure inside a transformer tank. The system comprises a) a transformer tank for housing a transformer coil and core assembly therein, and containing a dielectric fluid that is capable of electrically insulating components of the transformer coil and core assembly; and b) at least one heat exchanger connected to the transformer tank, wherein the at least one heat exchanger comprises at least one hollow panel or radiator. As the dielectric fluid increases in temperature and expands within the tank, the dielectric fluid is cooled by circulating the dielectric fluid through the at least one hollow panel or radiator in the at least one heat exchanger. The transformer tank and the at least one heat exchanger are capable of expanding in volume to contain energy resulting from the sudden generation of gases which increases the pressure inside the transformer tank.
