摘要: A packaged multichip isolation device includes leadframe including a first and second die pad, with a first and second lead extending outside a molded body having a downward extending lead bend near their outer ends. A first integrated circuit (IC) die on the first die pad has a first bond pad connected to the first lead that realizes a transmitter or receiver. A second IC die on the second die pad has a second bond pad connected to the second lead that realizes another of the transmitter and receiver. An isolation component is in a signal path of the isolation device including a capacitive isolator, or inductors for transformer isolation on or between the die. A midpoint of the thickness of the die pad is raised above a top level of the leads and in an opposite vertical direction relative to the downward extending bend of the external leads.

摘要: A DC-DC converter includes a power oscillator connected to a first transformer winding, and a channel conveying a data stream through galvanic isolation by power signal modulation. A rectifier rectifies the power signal to produce a DC voltage. A comparator produces an error signal from the DC voltage and a reference voltage. An analog-to-digital converter converts the error signal to a digital power control value. A multiplexer multiplexes the digital power control value with the data stream to obtain a multiplexed bitstream. A transmitter driven by the multiplexed bitstream performs amplitude modulation of the power signal at a second transformer winding. A receiver connected to the first winding demodulates the amplitude modulated power signal. A demultiplexer demultiplexes the data stream and the digital power control value. A digital-to-analog converter converts the digital power control value to an analog control signal for the power oscillator.

摘要: Coupled resonators for galvanically isolated signaling between integrated circuit modules. An illustrative multi-module integrated circuit comprises: a transmitter in a first module, the transmitter providing a modulated carrier signal; a receiver in a second module demodulating the modulated carrier signal; and a galvanically isolated signaling path that includes: a first integrated resonator in the first module and a second integrated resonator in the second module, the first and second integrated resonators being resonantly coupled to convey the modulated carrier signal from the transmitter to the receiver. An illustrative embodiment of a method for providing an integrated circuit with a connection terminal for galvanically isolated signaling comprises: equipping the integrated circuit with a transmitter or receiver of a modulated carrier signal; connecting a transfer conductor to the connection terminal; and resonantly coupling the transmitter or receiver to a transfer conductor to convey the modulated carrier signal between the transfer conductor and the transmitter or receiver.

摘要: A signal transmission device of aspects of the invention can include a master circuit connected to the primary sides of first and second transformers and a slave circuit connected to the secondary sides of the first and second transformers. The master circuit sets one of first and second transmitting/receiving circuits for transmitting operation and the other for receiving operation according to a control signal, and detecting a leading edge and a falling edge of the control signal, transmits a pulse signal with the pulse interval changing after a predetermined period of time. The slave circuit detects the change of the pulse interval of the signal received through third and fourth transmitting/receiving circuits and according to the detection result, sets one of the third and fourth transmitting/receiving circuits for receiving operation and the other for transmitting operation.

The microstrip filter includes a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a first spiral metal line formed on the first surface of the substrate, and a second spiral metal line formed on the second surface of the substrate. At least part of the first spiral metal line overlaps and is coupled to the second spiral metal line for forming a filter capacitor. The present disclosure also provides a microphone device using the microstrip filter.
