    摘要: A wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device and method for making the same are disclosed. The wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device is provided by employing a substrate whose surfaces have several optical sensitive areas and divided into individual package devices. The manufacture steps first involve providing a substrate with several chips whose surfaces have an optical sensitive area and bonding pads, and providing transparent layer whose surfaces have conductive circuits and scribe lines. Then the bonding pads bond to conductive circuits and a protection layer is formed on the chip to expose partly conductive circuits. Forming a conductive film on the protection layer and the conductive film contacts with the extending conductive circuits to form the wafer level package structure of optical-electronic device. At last, the transparent layer is diced according to scribe lines to form the individual package devices.

    摘要: In a rechargeable battery set, an average voltage is computed from average voltage drop produced by the sum of internal resistances of each battery cell. A calculated internal resistance of each battery cell is then computed from a measured voltage of each battery cell and the average voltage. Finally, the measured voltage of each battery cell is calibrated according to the calculated internal resistance and a calibrated voltage of each battery cell may be computed. In such way, the calibrated voltage of each battery cell is much closer to a real voltage of the battery cell, which provides a battery control unit more precise information when charging/discharging the battery cells.

The battery protection device includes a voltage detecting circuit and a controller coupled to the voltage detecting circuit. The voltage detecting circuit includes a testing unit, a switch coupled to the testing unit, a comparator coupled to an input voltage source and the switch for comparing a value of the input voltage source with a value of the switch, and a determining unit coupled to the comparator for outputting a determining signal when receiving a prompting signal from the comparator. The controller is for receiving an external testing command to switch the switch from a reference voltage source from a testing voltage source via the testing unit, so as to inspect whether the voltage detecting circuit is normal by the determining signal of the determining unit.

    摘要: According to the present invention, the main purpose is to provide a tool head positioning structure for a flexible wrench, which includes a handle and a tool head pivotally connected to the handle. The handle includes a controller associated with a retaining member disposed between the controller and the tool head, and the retaining member can be controlled to approach or away from the tool head by rotating the controller. The controller has two continued surfaces, which are pushing portion and retracting portion respectively, and each surface has a depth different from each other. The handle further includes a resilient device engaged to the controller so as to keep in a required position. A user can rotate the controller to make the pushing portion or the retracting portion be aligned with the retaining member so as to fix or adjust an angle of the tool head.

    摘要: A remote control method of tile display is disclosed for a tile display system, which contains a host computer, several projector modules, and a screen. The images produced by the projector modules are simultaneously displayed on the screen as a single image. The remote control method includes the steps of: obtaining setting parameters of each projector using a control program on the host computer via a network; storing the setting parameters of each projector in a storage module of the host computer; simultaneously generating a projector parameter table for each projector; updating the projector parameter table when the parameters of any projector are modified; generating a control message for the corresponding projector according to the new parameter table; transmitting the control message to the corresponding projector via the network; and converting the control message into one recognizable by the projector in order to make corresponding modifications.
