    摘要: A cell selection system selects a cell to be used for communications by a mobile terminal in a network having a cell of a mobile phone network and WLAN cells included in the cell. Broadcast information including cell selection information is transmitted in the cell of the mobile phone network. This cell selection information has cell change judgment parameters whose patterns are less than the WLAN cells. The mobile terminal reads the cell selection information from the broadcast information of the mobile phone network, determines a parameter to be used for the judgment on cell selection of a WLAN cell, and judges whether the cell can be changed or not. The cell reselection system restricts the amount of data in the broadcast information even with an increase in the number of WLAN cells included in the cell of the mobile phone network.

According to the technique, a RRM 110 distributes measurement content information showing measurement contents for recognizing a wireless communication status to each AP 230, and each AP stores the measurement content information. For example, to recognize a wireless resource use status of an AP, the RRM transmits trigger transmission instruction information to an eNB 150, as a result of which trigger information is transmitted throughout a communication area of the eNB. A UE 301 that has received the trigger information acquires the measurement content information from an AP (for example, AP_a 230a) to which it is connected, and performs a measurement process and reports a measurement result to the RRM via the eNB based on the measurement content information.

The target node performs authentication processing with an authentication server (600) of the network to which the UE is connected and notifies the authentication server of the session HO information transferred from the UE (Step S1003).     摘要: There is disclosed a technology in which a packet to be sent to a mobile terminal (an MN), distributed from a correspondent node (a CN), can surely reach the MN even in a situation in which the MN is moving. According to the technology, identification information of a plurality of access routers (ARs) 300 potentially currently connected to the MN is added to an IP packet to be transmitted from a CN 500 to an MN 200. When the AR receives this IP packet, the AR judges whether or not the MN is connected thereunder. If the MN exists under the AR, the IP packet is transmitted to the MN. On the other hand, if any MN does not exist under the AR, the IP packet is transferred to another AR based on the identification information added to the IP packet. As a result, the IP packet is successively transferred between the plurality of ARs so that the IP packet can be passed to the MN under the AR currently connected to the MN.

    摘要: A technique is disclosed to realize the change of session seamlessly and with high degree of freedom while reducing the increase of the processing load on a session control server upon a request to change the session from a terminal and to decrease the load on network traffic. According to this technique, trigger information is embedded in a session of content used by the terminal. When this trigger information is detected, the terminal carries out an operation to set up as trigger action (e.g. the change to another session). The relation between the trigger information and the trigger action may be described in sequence information, which is held by the terminal in advance or the trigger action may be described in the trigger information. With regard to certain trigger information, different types of trigger actions may be set up for each terminal (or, depending on the condition of the terminal). As a result, different types of session change can be performed, depending on each terminal and on the conditions of the terminals.
