A first slanting face is formed on an outer peripheral face of the inner housing. The connector housing have a chamber for receiving the inner housing therein when the inner housing is fitted into the connector housing. A first prevention face is formed on an inner peripheral face of the chamber. The first slanting face is surface-contacted with the first prevention face when the inner housing is completely fitted into the connector housing.

摘要： An electric wire includes a conductive core wire and an insulative sheath covering the core wire. An elastic waterproof plug is fit with the electric wire such that a first longitudinal end portion thereof is fit with the core wire, and a second longitudinal end portion thereof is fit with the sheath. A conductive terminal is electrically connected with the electric wire, and inserted into a terminal insertion hole formed in the waterproof connector housing together with the waterproof plug to seal the terminal insertion hole. The terminal includes a first clamping member which clamps over the first end portion of the waterproof plug, and a second clamping member which clamps over a part of the core wire exposed from the first end portion of the waterproof plug.

摘要： A connector of this invention has a plurality of openings at its rear wall for the insertion of terminals, terminal housing chambers communicating with these openings. Each terminal housing chamber has a pair of flexible arms supported by both the circumferential wall and the front wall of the connector housing, and an engagement member supported at both sides by the flexible arms. The terminal, upon insertion through the openings, engages with the engagement member, being prevented from being pulled out. The terminal housing chambers communicate with connection holes provided at the front wall of the connector. Mating terminals are inserted through the connection holes to be connected to the terminals.

The C-bush 21 is press-fit into the through-hole 13 to sandwich the printed circuit board 2 between the pair of spring segments 24. The C-bush 21 is communicated with the conductor pattern 7. The pin 20 is inserted into the through-hole 13 into which the C-bush 21 is press-fit. The conductive pin 20 is communicated with the C-bush 21. In this configuration, the wiring unit can be minimized in production cost and size.

摘要： A waterproof rubber plug has a through hole through which an electric wire is inserted to be connected to a terminal. A connector housing includes a terminal chamber for accommodating the terminal and a wall portion having a through hole formed so as to oppose to the terminal chamber, through which the electric wire is inserted. A recess for accommodating the rubber plug to thereby seal the electric wire and the terminal chamber. The recess is formed on an inner side face of the wall portion of the connector housing so as to communicate with the through hole of the wall portion. A window hole is formed on a part of the wall portion surrounding the recess so as to expose an anti-sealing part of the rubber plug accommodated in the recess.

A mat-shaped rubber plug is attached to a rear end portion of the connector housing. A rear holder is attached to the rear end portion of the connector housing to retain the rubber plug thereat. The rear holder includes projections each configured so as to compress the associated protrusion of the rubber plug in the diameter direction of the electric wire as being inserted into the associated recessed portion of the rubber plug. The rubber plug includes at least one protrusion block formed by integrating adjacent cylindrical protrusions.

摘要： A connector has a connector housing, a plurality of terminals, an assisting means, and a support means. The connector housing can be received in a connector receiving recess having a first wall fitted with a plurality of terminal connecting short strips. The connector housing has a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers with at least an opening communicating with the first wall side of the connector receiving recess. Furthermore, each terminal has a wire connection portion and an elastic contact piece extending from the wire connection portion. The elastic contact piece is defined by folding back a forward part of the terminal toward the wire connection portion. The folded-back portion has a contact portion formed in the middle thereof to contact the terminal connecting short strip through the opening. A plurality of terminals are inserted into the terminal accommodating chambers of the connector housing. Meanwhile, the assisting means can resiliently abut against a second wall opposing to the first wall in respect of the connector receiving recess, which urges additionally the elastic contact piece against the terminal connecting short strip.
