摘要： An electric wire includes a conductive core wire and an insulative sheath covering the core wire. An elastic waterproof plug is fit with the electric wire such that a first longitudinal end portion thereof is fit with the core wire, and a second longitudinal end portion thereof is fit with the sheath. A conductive terminal is electrically connected with the electric wire, and inserted into a terminal insertion hole formed in the waterproof connector housing together with the waterproof plug to seal the terminal insertion hole. The terminal includes a first clamping member which clamps over the first end portion of the waterproof plug, and a second clamping member which clamps over a part of the core wire exposed from the first end portion of the waterproof plug.

摘要： A waterproof rubber plug has a through hole through which an electric wire is inserted to be connected to a terminal. A connector housing includes a terminal chamber for accommodating the terminal and a wall portion having a through hole formed so as to oppose to the terminal chamber, through which the electric wire is inserted. A recess for accommodating the rubber plug to thereby seal the electric wire and the terminal chamber. The recess is formed on an inner side face of the wall portion of the connector housing so as to communicate with the through hole of the wall portion. A window hole is formed on a part of the wall portion surrounding the recess so as to expose an anti-sealing part of the rubber plug accommodated in the recess.

摘要： In a half-fitting prevention connector (200), a slider (10) positively prevents a half-fitted condition of a pair of connectors by a resilient force of compression springs (9) received in a housing (3) of the male connector (1), and the slider is received in this housing, and when the male connector is to be fitted relative to the female connector (2), the slider cooperates with the compression springs (9) to move between a lock position where the slider holds a lock arm (6), provided in the housing (3), in retained relation to a housing (21) of the female connector (2) and a non-lock position. The lock arm (6) has a lock projection (7) for retaining the slider (10) in the lock position against the resilient force of the compression springs (9). A buffer mechanism (40) is provided at the housing (3), and during returning movement of the slider (10) from the non-lock position to the lock position by the resilient force of the compression springs (9), the buffer mechanism abuts against the slider (10) before the lock projection (7) abuts against the slider, so as to absorb an impingement energy by an elastic deformation thereof.

An inside portion of the one wall portion of the outer housing corresponding to the electric wire insertion and passing holes are formed with rubber plug accommodation recessed portions for the rubber plugs. In the construction, the electric wires that have been inserted and passed through the electric wire insertion and passing holes and the holes of the rubber plugs are connected to the terminals which are accommodated in the terminal accommodation chambers.

摘要： A connector housing has a plurality of chambers for respectively receiving an electric wire. A rubber mat plug has a plurality of bores respectively associated with the chambers. A front face of the rubber mat plug is attached to a rear end portion of the connector housing. A recess portion is formed on a rear face of the rubber mat plug so as to surround the bores while remaining cylindrical wall portions surrounding the respective bores. A plug holder presses the rear face of the rubber mat plug against the connector housing to hold the rubber mat plug thereon. A plurality of projections are formed on a front portion of the plug holder and inserted into the recess portion to compress at least an outer peripheral face of the respective cylindrical wall portions so that a compressive force in a radial direction of the bores is generated to increase a sealing ability between the rubber mat plug and the electric wires passed through the bores.
