    摘要: A method for manufacturing a hydrocarbon oil, comprising: a first step wherein a feedstock oil containing an oxygen-containing organic compound and a water-insoluble chlorine-containing compound is brought into contact with a hydrogenation catalyst comprising a support containing a porous inorganic oxide and one or more metals selected from Group VIA and Group VIII of the periodic table supported on the support in the presence of hydrogen to generate a hydrocarbon oil and water in a vapor state by the hydrodeoxygenation of an oxygen-containing organic compound and convert the water-insoluble chlorine-containing compound into a water-soluble chlorine-containing compound; a second step wherein the water in the reaction product of the first step is maintained in a vapor state and the reaction product of the first step is brought into contact with a nitrogen-containing Brønsted base compound which has a boiling point at normal pressure of 100° C. or less and is water-soluble to obtain a product to be treated; and a third step wherein the product to be treated is cooled to a temperature not higher than the temperature at which water in a vapor state is liquefied to form an aqueous phase containing a water-soluble chlorine-containing compound and a nitrogen-containing Brønsted base compound and then separate the aqueous phase from an oil to be treated to obtain a product oil containing a hydrocarbon oil.

    摘要: An artificial blood has a trunk portion with both ends connected to blood vessels, and access branch portions and a shunt branch portion branched from the trunk portion. The access branch portions are disposed with a solid column-shaped access port that plugs these branch portions. The access port has a solid center portion and a tube-shaped peripheral portion disposed to surround the center portion. The peripheral portion is harder than the center portion and prevents the needle from deviating from the inside of the center portion. This enables a puncture to be easily made in a therapy in which a puncture is highly frequently made in a blood vessel.

    摘要: A deceleration sensor for detecting a threshold level of deceleration indicative of vehicle crash, comprising a sensor mass, a spring-loaded firing pin received in a guide bore, a trigger lever for engaging the firing pin in a dormant state until the trigger lever is disengaged from the sensor mass as a result of the occurrence of a deceleration in excess of the threshold level and the resulting inertia motion of the sensor mass, and a safety catch which may include a rotary shaft extending perpendicular to the plane of the inertia motion of the sensor mass and a part of a front end portion of the guide bore, the rotary shaft being provided with a first notch and a second notch which, respectively, permits and prohibits the propulsion of the firing pin through the guide bore by aligning with the guide bore. The reliability and safety of this deceleration sensor are improved by preventing the spooling out of the seat belt when the safety catch is on, prohibiting the release of the safety catch when the firing pin is disengaged from the trigger lever, and preventing the motion of the sensor mass as well as the firing pin when the safety catch is on.

Thus, the reliability of the system is improved and the installing and the servicing of the system is simplified. In particular, the operation reliability may be improved if the reverse rotation of the seat belt tightening unit is prevented by a ratchet mechanism in which a ratchet wheel received in a mutually spaced relationship in an opening provided with inner ratchet teeth and the ratchet wheel is adapted to be displaced into meshing engagement with the inner ratchet teeth of the opening when the ratchet wheel is pulled by tension from the seat belt.

    摘要: A deceleration sensor, comprising a pair of U-shaped pendulums pivotally suspended from upper parts of a casing at their upper ends by way of pivot shafts extending in parallel with each other, one of the pendulums being received by the other in such a manner that they are permitted to pivot around their respective pivot shafts without interfering with each other, a pair of biasing springs for opposing movement of the pendulums against their inertia forces, a firing pin slidably received in the guide bore, a drive spring urging the firing pin toward a fuse which is intended to be activated by the deceleration sensor, a swing arm which is pivotally attached to the sensor casing at its one end and engaged by one of the pendulums at its other end; and a trigger arm which is pivotally attached to a middle part of the swing arm so as to be able to swing in a same plane as the swing arm, and is engaged by the other of the pendulumns at its one end and engages the firing pin against the spring force of the drive spring at its other end. Thus, the firing pin can be activated when at least one of the pendulums is activated by its inertia so as to disengage the swing arm or the trigger arm therefrom, and a high reliability can be achieved with a simple and compact structure.
