摘要: The Invention discloses a method for improving the quality of oil products and increasing the yield of low-carbon olefins by catalytic cracking of bio-oil, which takes bio-oil or mixed oil of bio-oil and hydrocarbon oil as raw oil for catalytic cracking reaction. With this method, the octane number of the gasoline in product is obviously increased, simultaneously, the content of propylene and other low-carbon olefins in product is also improved.

摘要: An isomerization catalyst is provided, along with corresponding systems and methods, which provides improved isomerization for bio-derived feeds in reaction environments where by-products from deoxygenation are present. The catalyst provides unexpectedly increased activity and/or selectivity in situations where, for example, a deoxygenation effluent is cascaded to the isomerization catalyst. Additionally, the isomerization catalyst can assist with reducing or minimizing hydrogen consumption during isomerization. The increased activity, stability, and/or reduced hydrogen consumption is achieved in part based on using a dispersion agent when adding base metals to the catalyst. In addition to the base metals, the catalyst includes a zeolitic framework structure suitable for isomerization.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing one or more of hydrocarbon products from a renewable feedstock comprising triglycerides, free fatty acids or combinations thereof. The process may comprise the steps of mixing the renewable feedstock with a diluent to form a diluted feedstock; supplying or providing hydrogen gas to the diluted feedstock so that the hydrogen gas may dissolve in the diluted feedstock to form a diluted feedstock enriched with dissolved hydrogen; and feeding the diluted feedstock enriched with dissolved hydrogen to at least a reactor having at least a reaction zone comprising at least a catalyst bed under predefined conditions, thereby producing a reaction effluent which can be further processed (e.g. by using one or more distillation units and one or more adsorption units) to form one or more of hydrocarbon products.

摘要: Methods of simultaneously converting butanes and methanol to olefins over Ti-containing zeolite catalysts are described. The exothermicity of the alcohols to olefins reaction is matched by endothermicity of dehydrogenation reaction of butane(s) to light olefins resulting in a thermo-neutral process. The Ti-containing zeolites provide excellent selectivity to light olefins as well as exceptionally high hydrothermal stability. The coupled reaction may advantageously be conducted in a staged reactor with methanol/DME conversion zones alternating with zones for butane(s) dehydrogenation. The resulting light olefins can then be reacted with iso-butane to produce high-octane alkylate. The net result is a highly efficient and low cost method for converting methanol and butanes to alkylate.

摘要: Alkylated aromatic products are produced in a process comprising the steps of pyrolysing a pyrolysable raw material in a pyrolysis process to obtain a pyrolysis product stream containing a phenolic product and aromatics products; separating the pyrolysis product stream into a first product stream containing phenolic products and a second product stream containing aromatics products; subjecting the first product stream to a hydrogenation reaction to hydrogenate the phenolic product to obtain an aliphatic alcohol; then reacting the aliphatic alcohol with the aromatics products in the presence of a transalkylation catalyst comprising a solid acid catalyst to form an alkylated aromatic product. The alkylated aromatic product may be subjected to further treatment such as hydroprocessing. The alkylated aromatics product may be used in the production of fuels from biomass.

摘要: A process for preparing a peptized alumina having increased solids and acid contents and a decreased water content. The process comprising mixing a boehmite or pseudoboehmite alumina and acid with a high intensity, high energy mixer at a ratio of 0.16 to 0.65 moles acid/moles alumina for a time period sufficient to form a substantially free-flowing solid particulate having a solids content of 45 to 65 wt %. When used in catalyst manufacture, peptized alumina produced by the process provides an increased rate in catalyst production and decreased costs due to high solids concentration and the presence of less water to be evaporated.

摘要: A system and method produce hydrocarbons from biomass by fluid catalytic cracking. In one embodiment, the system is a fluid catalytic cracking system. The system includes a riser. The riser contains a catalyst. The system also includes a biological feed comprising biomass-derived liquid for the riser. In addition, the system includes a hydrocarbon feed comprising hydrocarbons for the riser. The biological feed and the hydrocarbons react in the riser in the presence of the catalyst to convert at least a portion of the biological feed and the hydrocarbons to hydrocarbon products. The hydrocarbon products comprise a concentration of oxygen from about 0.005 wt. % to about 6 wt. %.
