    摘要: There is provided a power supply circuit, in which cost reduction is realized by reducing the number of electric wires. An inverter 3 and a motor 4 are supplied with power by a high-voltage battery 21. Relays 22a to 22c are provided between the high-voltage battery 21 and the inverter 3. Both ends of each of relay coils C provided to the relays 22a to 22c are connected to an ECU 5, and the ECU 5 controls a current flowing through the relay coils C and thereby controls the turning on and off of the relays 22a to 22c. A service plug 6 is detachably provided between batteries making up the high-voltage battery 21, and when the service plug 6 is detached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is blocked and when the service plug 6 is attached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is enabled. An interlock switch 7 is turned off when the service plug 6 is detached, is turned on when the service plug 6 is attached, and is connected between the ECU 5 and the relay coils C.

    摘要: A battery connection plate has a plurality of bus bars provided on a base plate section and is to be attached to a battery assembly containing a stacked plurality of batteries so that the bus bars are connected to terminals on the batteries. The base plate section has a wiring member attachment section to which a plurality of signal output wires connected to the bus bars can be wired, and window sections through which bosses can be inserted are formed on wiring paths of the signal output wires at the wiring member attachment section. The signal output wires are wired so as to bypass or wind around the bosses inserted into the window sections, and then the bosses are pulled out from the window sections, and thereby surplus length sections are formed on the signal output wires.

    摘要: The present invention is to provide an electric connection box for preventing movement of a large size relay and improving reliability of electric connection. The electric connection box includes a main body, a guide wall disposed on the main body for retaining an electric component, a protrusion disposed on an inner face of the guide wall for preventing movement of the electric component. The guide wall has an upper protrusion at an upper end portion thereof and a lower protrusion at a lower end portion thereof, and the upper protrusion extends toward the electric component more than the lower protrusion and at least contacts with or approaches to the electric component. The guide wall is higher than the center of gravity of the electric component and the protrusion is positioned above the center of gravity of the electric component. An electric connection box includes a first cover for retaining an electric component and a second cover having a locking member, wherein the locking member extends vertically and passes through the first cover for locking the electric component. The second cover has a middle plate for arrangement of a busbar and the locking member extends vertically through the middle plate.

A first terminal is provided with a first portion which is connected to one of the batteries, and a second portion which is connected to an electronic element. A cover member is attached onto the plate body in a first direction, to provisionally fix the first terminal on the plate body. The busbars and the wire protector are fixed in a resin plate (11) by insert molding, with the busbars arranged in correspondence with the batteries and with the terminals held in contact with related ones of the busbars. The busbars, the voltage detecting terminals and others are integrally incorporated in the connecting plate (10) so that these components are less exposed to the outside. The connecting plate is thus safe and easy to mount. The wire protecter includes a trunk receiver (25) for trunk wires and branch receivers (26) for branch wires, a main cover (420) and subcovers (421-426).

    摘要: A waterproof structure for a wire harness having at least one instrument, a plurality of electric wires connected thereto and a plurality of wire connecting parts at which the electrical wires are bundled. The waterproof structure includes a sealant having a viscidity less than 40000 CPS. The sealant is retained by the wire connecting part arranged in the nearest position to the instrument positioned at a tail end in an intruding course of water into the wire harness. Due to its low viscidity, the sealant can be brought easiliy among core lines constituting the wire, whereby gaps among the core lines can be sealed perfectly. Therefore, even if the water intrudes along the core lines through the other wire connecting parts, the flow of water can be checked at the specified wire connecting part thereby to protect the instrument from the immersion of water.
