摘要: A temperature control device for a battery housing of a vehicle driven by electric motor. The temperature control device is divided into a plurality of temperature control cells. Each cell has a heat exchanger surface for transmitting heat from a battery module to the temperature control device or vice versa, and at least one temperature control agent channel, which is fluidically connected on an inlet or outlet side to a first temperature control agent collector and on its other side to a second temperature control agent collector. The temperature control device has at least one first temperature control agent collector and at least one second temperature control agent collector, wherein each temperature control cell is connected to a first temperature control agent collector and a second temperature control agent collectors by its at least one temperature control agent channel, without connecting to the at least one temperature control agent channel of another temperature control cell.

摘要: Provided is a battery module in-vehicle installation structure, including: a pair of side frames that are fixed to a vehicle and arranged at intervals in a width direction of the vehicle; a case body fastened between the pair of side frames; and a mounting member for mounting the battery module inside the case body. The case body has a floor, side walls standing upright at peripheral edges of the floor, and fastening portions extended respectively from the side walls toward an outer side in the width direction. The mounting member has a pair of fixing portions each extended toward the outer side in the width direction. Each of the pair of fastening portions is fastened so as to be sandwiched between one of the pair of fixing portions and one of the pair of side frames.

摘要: An electric vehicle includes a frame unit and a vehicle body cover unit. The frame unit includes tread tubes extending toward a rear side of a vehicle body and arranged pairwise as a left tread tube and a right tread tube. The vehicle body cover unit includes a tread board that shields the left and right tread tubes. The frame unit receives a battery box that receives and holds therein a battery and has two sides provided with support shafts to be pivotally supported thereon. The battery box is shaft-supported by the support shafts on the frame unit. The battery box includes a battery access opening, which is provided with a protection cover that covers and closes the battery access opening. The battery is securely held in the battery box without being moved by inertial forces. Dust resistance of the battery box can be improved.

摘要: An electric vehicle includes a frame unit and a vehicle body cover unit. The vehicle body cover unit includes a thread board shielding left and right tread tubes of the frame unit between which a receiving space is defined to receive a battery box that receives and holds a battery. The battery box has two sides provided with support shafts. The battery box is rotatable between an open position and a storage position. A locking device is selectively set in releasable engagement with a positioning member provided on the battery box so as to selectively lock the battery box in the storage position. An operation unit is provided for controlling the locking device to engage with or disengage from the positioning member so as to allow the battery box to rotate from the storage position to the open position.

摘要: An embodiment is directed to a module-to-module power connector configured to form connections between battery modules installed in a battery housing of an energy storage system. The module-to-module power connector includes electrical interfaces and busbar(s) configured to form one or more electrical connections terminals of adjacent battery modules. The busbar(s) is flexibly configured to permit a defined range of movement of the electrical interfaces during insertion of the respective battery modules into respective battery module compartments. The module-to-module power connector may further be arranged inside in a tunnel space, whereby holes are defined in a battery module mounting area housing the battery modules that open into the tunnel space.
