    摘要: A fuel injection device includes a pressure control portion for controlling operation of a nozzle, and a body portion having therein a bent lead wire hole through which two lead wires of the pressure control portion are introduced to exterior. A first guide member having therein a pair of first guide grooves partitioned by a first partition member is inserted into the lead wire hole from one end side, a second guide member having therein a pair of second guide grooves partitioned by a second partition member is inserted into the lead wire hole from the other end side. The first partition member protrudes from one end portion of the first guide member to have a protrusion portion, which is fitted with a recess portion of the second partition portion at one end portion of the second guide member when the first and second guide members contact.

    摘要: A stem is installed to an injector body and is resiliently deformable upon receiving a pressure of high pressure fuel conducted through a high pressure passage of the injector body. A strain gauge is installed to the stem to sense a strain generated in the stem. A molded IC device executes an amplifying operation, which amplifies a signal received from the strain gauge. A retainer is threadably fastened to the injector body and is configured to be rotatable relative to the stem. The stem, the strain gauge the molded IC device are integrally assembled together to form a fuel pressure sensing unit, which is installed to the injector body by threadably fastening a threaded portion of the retainer to the injector body.

    摘要: An injector having an injector body, in which a housing opening and a communication hale are provided, includes a supporting member fixed to an actuator, which includes a lead-wire supporting portion that supports ends of lead wires and a plate portion formed integrally with the lead-wire supporting portion. A thickness of the plate portion is smaller than that of the lead-wire supporting portion, and multiple trench portions are provided on a surface of the plate portion so that the plate portion can be easily bent. While the supporting member passes through the housing opening, the lead wires straight move. After an end portion of the supporting member contacts the communication hole, external force is applied to the end portion to bend the plate portion, and thereby the lead wires are bent while moving in the communication hole.

    摘要: An injector has a body that defines a high-pressure passage for passing high-pressure fuel to an injection hole inside, a needle that is accommodated in the body and that opens and closes the injection hole, an electric actuator that causes the needle to perform the opening and closing action, a lead wire that is arranged in a lead wire insertion hole formed in the body and that supplies an electric power to the electric actuator, and a fuel pressure sensor that is fixed to the body and that senses pressure of the high-pressure fuel. An outlet hole, via which the lead wire extends from the lead wire insertion hole to an outside of the body, is located at a position closer to the injection hole than the fuel pressure sensor is.

    摘要: A fuel pressure sensor/sensor mount assembly for use in a fuel injection system equipped with fuel injectors which inject fuel, as supplied from an accumulator through fuel pipes, into a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine mounted in an engine compartment of a vehicle. The assembly includes a connector unit and fuel pressure sensors. The connector unit has formed therein a plurality of communication paths each of which is to establish a connection between one of the fuel injectors and the accumulator through one of the fuel pipes. The connector unit also has formed therein sensor mounts exposed to the communication paths. Each of the fuel pressure sensors is disposed in the sensor mount to measure the pressure of the fuel in the communication path. This structure permits steps of installing the fuel pressure sensors within the engine compartment to be decreased and ensures desired measurement accuracy of the fuel pressure sensors.

    摘要: An injector includes a nozzle body, a main body including a supply port on the outer peripheral surface of the main body and a high pressure passage, and a fuel pressure sensor on an outer peripheral surface of the main body to detect fuel pressure. The high pressure passage has a first passage extending from the supply port in a radial direction of the main body, and a second passage extending from a fuel downstream end portion of the first passage toward an injection hole in an insertion direction of the nozzle body. The supply port and the sensor are diametrically opposed to each other. The main body includes a sensor passage, which branches from the high pressure passage to extend from the fuel downstream end portion of the first passage in an imaginary extension of the first passage so that fuel flows into the sensor through the sensor passage.
